I could not speak more highly about the professionalism of the Poggenpohl Hampstead team. Alongside the design team, we were able to bring our dream kitchen to life. James Kalazois worked with us to ensure we felt that we could stay true to our own choices while still providing valuable input into more technical aspects. Ian Gray managed our installation and brought a wealth of knowledge that ensured that all kitchen elements were installed with perfection. I have to say that the after-sales service with Poggenpohl is like no other that I have experienced. I have always felt comfortable reaching out and felt supported with any questions. I would definitely use Poggenpohl in the future. Thank you team!

The service from the initial consultation all the way through to the M & E package and finishing stages has been second to none. We renovated our house two years ago and selected Poggenpohl Hampstead to design and build out our kitchen. The entire process was professional and stress-free: James provided excellent guidance during the design process, based on his years of experience in the industry; Ian was a great project manager during the fit out, coordinating with our builder; and even their after care has been excellent, helping us address the inevitable things that crop up with something as extensively used as a kitchen (especially with kids around!). I would not hesitate to use PoggenPohl and in particular, the Hampstead location, again.

Great service from Poggenpohl Hampstead. They have a superb range to choose from and there was never any doubt in my mind that I would choose something other than a Poggenpohl kitchen. Excellent service from Matthew, James and Ian who have always answered any questions I might have and who managed to achieve a bespoke unit for us to accommodate my need for a walk in larder.

Start as you mean to continue. From the very first engagement with Poggenpohl Hampstead, the service and support has been world class. Consultative and thorough from our initial questions with no pushy sales tactics. Once we purchased the support through the prep, installation and finishing phases have been world class. James and Ian at Poggenpohl are are an asset to the company and truly understand luxury and world class service means and deliver on this. I would recommend them 100 times over to anyone that asks.

When renovating my house and designing a new kitchen we wanted to do it properly as we knew would never do this again. I went to various companies and ended up choosing Poggenpohl. James Kalozois Show room manager was an amazing help to build my dream kitchen! He had great ideas and helped with so many complicated request from myself and my husband. From the design aspect, product knowledge, colours we should use and height we should have the units. No request was too small and always available to have a quick chat. Proof is in the pudding as they say ... I love using my kitchen, I use it more than I did before by trying new things Like Steaming food, making roasts at the right temperature and making my own bread! The real shock was my watching my husband become kitchen proud as he Now loves cooking and tidying up giving me a break. Win win! From the design to the build and quality control afterwards, I love my new kitchen, bar area and utility room as they are at a Extremely high standard. Would like to also mention Ian Gray he has been vital in the installation process. Always to hand to fix any problem even though it wasn’t his to fix. We moved back into the house just as lockdown happened however the team were still always available to help with Maintenance and snagging. I think the customer service at this branch is outstanding and has provided me the essentials I need for my home.

Fantastic in all respects. I wanted a larger kitchen island. James' design was excellent and the service I received from James and subsequently Ian who organised installation superb. Many thanks especially in view of the immense difficulties caused by coronavirus.

2 or 3 weeks before Covid-19 lockdown I visited the Poggenpohl showroom in London NW# with a view to ordering a new kitchen to replace my 18 year old one. James Kalozois was extremely helpful and patient in advising me on which Poggenpohl units had the features that I had indicated I needed. He then created a computerised design which I liked and then visited my home to check the measurements, discuss options and agree his design. I paid my deposit just before lockdown and he organised the kitchen installation at the earliest possible date. I am delighted with the result, both in appearance and in function.

We've used this showroom twice for our new kitchen design and supply. A fantastic team and of course the Poggenpohl product is exemplary. Their after sales service is second to none too.
