I purchased the Venus Freeze 7 years ago. It has been an amazing device and our clients still love it. Since then I have also purchased the Venus Viva which has also been a wonderful addition to our clinic portfolio. Both devices have been completely reliable and Sarah Hickey and Anisah of the Venus concept team have always been very supportive and helpful with their advice and knowledge.

I have been working with Venus Concept UK since 2015 when I started with the Venus Freeze. My clients love this treatment. In 2018 I upgraded my device to the latest platform technology Venus VERSA. This allowed me to introduce new treatments and grow my business. I now work in two locations and my business is successful and clients very happy. I absolutely love Sarah Hickey and Venus Concept UK, and have worked with Sarah there for several years. I have not only purchased an RF device from Sarah, but I also continue to purchase disposables for the device from the entire Venus team, and attend their webinars and conferences on a regular basis. I love the positivity and can-do attitude that the UK Venus Concept team presents, I love the fact that they always work with their clients to take the best care of them, even adjusting payment plans throughout the COVID19 crisis. Horrible experience with this company on several occasions. They don’t care about their clients once they sell. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CONTRACT, THEY TAKE CONTRACT SOGNED BY YOH BUT DONT SEND YOU THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY THEM, AND REFUSE TO ISSUE IT ON NUMEROUS REQUESTS. Manager Anisah is not helpful and never cares. They came to fix faulty screen of the machine and without my permission updated software which caused troubles with Aotomatic Temperature Control settings stopped responding. They told me it suppose to be like that with new update which is nonsense! Treatment time and intensity with new update was reduced twice and will give no results as before. I am taking this matter to court now and will deal through the court. Also machine stopped working at all and engineer had to replace the plate inside which is good was on Waranty otherwise I would have to pay from my pocket several thousands . And engineer told me you had machine for 3 years so it didn’t break for long time ! And I asked do they really break so often, he said every few years plate might break!! He told me see you in few years !!! Amazing quality machines ! What kind of quality machine is it if it breaks every few years ??? But the most shocking for me was to see what the machine has inside ... NOTHING!!! This whole huge machine is all hollow inside and has tiny plate and few wires :))) I was speechless to see that.
