Covid-19 means that the dental surgery is very calm and peaceful at present, which is good. The receptionist is delightful and helpful and the dentist and his team are both extremely competent and reassuring. I am happy to continue attending this practice.

Our family have been with this practice for a couple of years now. We are extremely pleased with the treatment we have received. We are totally confident with the advice and treatment given. All the staff from receptionist, hygenist, dental nurse and dentist are very pleasant and kind. It is like a small family . They are all very caring and are passionate about their work. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

A very good practice especially for people who are more nervous about dental work. A broken tooth was speedily and excellently repaired, and Dr Patel and Ms Lesley Higgs (dental nurse) are an excellent and reassuring team. Highly recommend.

I contacted Ringmer Dental Practice after suffering from some discomfort. An appointment was made quicker than expected and the receptionist was very understanding and helpful regarding appointment times that suited me best. I was immediately put at ease on arrival, and the dental work was carried with the upmost professionalism and care.

This has to be the worst dentists that Ive been to. A mistake was made and I was left in pain, the dentists both then lied to cover up for each other and I was made to feel that I was at fault! Not a nice feeling. I also kept getting phone calls checking up on me that I would be attending my appointments - what is that about?! Isn't it enough that you get a text reminder?!
Was also going to be charged a private rate by Ringmer Dental for some work that needed to be done which my new dentist informs me Im entitled to on NHS and saving me nearly £100! Will definitely be sticking with my new dentist who have treated me so nicely and corrected the mistake made here.
Nb... the admin staff and dental nurses couldn't be nicer though and deserve credit where credits due.
