I have been hiring vans for over twenty years for my business, so have a broad view of good and bad companies. This one is a "no-nonsense" straightforward operator who know their business, their vehicles, and their customers well. It's refreshing. However, if you are looking for a reception area with pot plants, "lifestyle" magazines, and free Americanos, you may be put off. Instead, you get friendly, efficient, and honest service. The vehicles I have rented have been fine, and there have been no quibbles from their side at all. Dependable, friendly, and good value.

Top class. My partner made a mistake in booking (Nottingham based), I told her to go rent a van from Kev's as there is one near me (Loughborough) and we turned up to the Lougborough office to find they were closed. I didn't realise there was more than one office and neither did she, hence confusion! Even still, someone came down on Sunday after closing time and sorted us a van, cannot praise them enough! Thanks again :)

Found the vehicle that was advertised for sale. I spoke to a sales person that evening and arranged a viewing the next day. I called to confirm the viewing the next morning, bearing in mind I had a 2.5 hour drive to thier premises. Spoke to a sales woman and she said yes looking forward to meeting you. Set off and called 30 mins before I reached the garage to be told that they had sold it. I have my own business and I’m very busy. I wasted 4 hrs of my day. Totally un professional and cowboy operation. Don’t waste your time dealing with these idiots!!
