Hopefully we will be taking our fleet business elsewhere. Absolutely woeful service. Been a customer for a few years, everything takes ages to do, never have the replacement vehicles that they promise you, love to claim vehicles have been damaged.
Most recent experience is having a vehicle booked in for MOT, already had it for four days and apparently still not done.

Hired a van in May which was great value & did the job but sadly I was involved in an accident that was no fault of my own. Northgate still have my £250 deposit and no one will offer me any information despite my constant calls and emails. Terrible customer service
