After reading the past reviews I steeled myself for less than friendly service. It was not the case at all. The gentleman working there was polite and efficient. He found my package quickly and I was a happy customer with my new home appliance! Don't be scared away from using their services. They also have bike parking right outside which is very useful.

The best store in the area. They cater for all your needs and stock plenty of everything. Always polite and friendly when you enter. Highly recommend shopping here, I have done for over 15 years!

Absolutely disgusted by this store. Charging £14.99 for toilet roll. Taking advantage of people in this awful time, I have reported him. However avoid this store, he is profiting in other people’s toughest times. Can’t believe he is still open with this behaviour.

As far as UPS collection goes, this place is a joke. First I tried to return a package on Saturday in the hours listed as "working" but they told me they don't collect on Saturdays. Then I tried on working day, and they told me package is "too big" - the same package they already saw on Saturday! Could've told me that straight away, and save me trip to their store. Should have read other reviews first. Simply avoid

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. While UPS claims your parcel has been delivered, the staff here are disgusted you would even think that!

Avoid!
They are labelled as a UPS access point however besides from the grumpy attitude and complaints they now won't take any parcels unless they are delivered to them before 10AM. They are rude and unhelpful please avoid
