This staff at this store used to be appalling - either totally indifferent, frustratingly absent, impossibly lazy or just plain rude. The store had an overhaul and the new staff are just lovely. So polite and friendly. Well done!

Very rude and obnoxious staff accused me of stealing!
I went into the store to buy a coffee. The machine was broken so I left! I previously brought a sandwich from M&S. I walked back into the stations main concourse to look for a coffee and a guy grabbed me quite hard by the shoulder and told me I had stolen a sandwich from the Whistlestop shop in Victoria. He then went as far to say that the checkout staff saw me take it and walk off. He was very argumentative and confrontational. He then wanted to see my sandwich and after I showed him the M&S product he was then asking me where I payed for it! I had to point out the M&S logo before he would leave me alone. He then walked off with out any apology.
Hopefully the company will put better training in place and teach staff how to handle IRS customers. I felt very humiliated being harassed in the middle of a busy train station.

Shocking Pricing. Packs of 4 advertised at 2.99. It happens to be 2.99 per can! Unhelpful staff and have no doubts the place would be run into the ground if it wasn’t in the station.

A scam? I chose crisps which said 'meal deal'. I asked the woman serving what else was included. She said 'sandwiches & drink'. I didn't want sandwiches but was prepared to pay for just the crisps and a drink - at whatever price they were. She said she would have to scan in for sandwiches as well. I queried this but she would not quote me a price. I ended up putting a ten pound note on the counter for sandwiches, the crisps and the drink. She said she would not serve me, so I just left the note and took the food. Shocking.

An absolute disgrace. Do anything but buy from this place opposite platform 15 at London Victoria. Massively overpriced and no fridges working so NO chilled drinks at 10.15pm on the hottest night of the year 26th July 2018.
Should be closed down!
I've written to National Rail to complain.

Used the shop on 19th feb 11.50 pm. Brought a sandwich and drink paid and came out and saw the board outside that it was on a meal deal and would be a pound cheaper if he cared to e plain meal deal and i would get an extra crisp. What a nightmare customer service. Wouldnt be using them anymore. Bad customer service. Really bad overall.

Just too depressing. The monosyllabic cashier never says 'hello', 'please' or 'thank you', I know it's not a rewarding job but this man is just too much of a grump to warrant be having to clap eyes on him every day - goodbye pick and mix! :(

Absolutely appalling service & attitude - despite the over inflated prices the shop assistant couldn't even be bothered to put what I'd bought in the carrier bag I also purchased & seemed amazed when I politely suggested he might like to do so!!
