Winchester Garden Machinery (Liss) - Husqvarna Automower® Specialist

I bought a small wired Honda lawn mower that burnt out within the year. It took several months to get it repaired under warranty ,the delay I do not put down completely to COVID or Honda. Luckily I have an old one as a spare . They should manage customer expectations bette. In fairness they did , once they realized I was getting grumpy, deliver the mower and put it away in the shed whilst I was at work. I am a little disappointed that mower broke down so soon, and about the follow up service provided - This is at least the 4th mower I have had from WGM over the past 25 years and I am not sure if this goes wrong again I will be coming back as still grumpy . Mower when it works is good - I should have bought a slightly bigger one but that is 100% my fault.

Great customer service and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommended

Horribly bad rip-off repair service with an old fashioned catch-you-out style. After finding no fault on a repair that took three weeks their manger told me that I was " lucky they hadn't charged me for new parts that I didn't need." I guess that is their standard practice. Completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. Not good enough and not people you want to do business with.

Really poor service. Returned a lawn tractor after 4 hours of use with major fault . Still waiting a month later for the mower to be returned 4 weeks later.

First class as normal!

we purchase a Honda 2622 mower Andy was very helpful in a speedy delivery and keepted us updated all the way through the purchase.The delivery driver spent time handing over the mower and running me through the use of mower. nothing seemed to much trouble dealing with Winchester garden Machinery and would highly recommend giving them a call if you need a new mower. Thank Guys
