Very poor direct communication and service. Very expensive! Slow.
Collected mower around 6th Feb as thrown drive belt.
After six weeks asked for my mower back asap so they re-fitted old damaged belt.
??? Potential hazard!??
My disbelief caused them to then to fit a new belt and charged me £174.
Also tried to charge for engine warranty work on two year old machine purchased from them !!!
