I would definitely recommended using Open House Estate Agent whether you are buying or selling as Rahul was very helpful and approachable. Rahul took ownership of the conveyance process as I was struggling to communicate and get information from the solicitor and Rahul ensured everything ended up going smoothly with the sale.

I don’t know from where to start but because of Rahul our dream comes true. He is really friendly yet professional. He replies promptly whenever you send him an email. I’m really pleased with the service provided by Rahul throughout the selling process. I'm not really one for the 'hard sell' - I prefer it when a business just sets out what they do, and then gives me space to make my own mind up. Rahul did exactly this; he explained what he offers with the different packages and then let me decide what would work best for me. Even though there were delays with the sale for various reasons (not because of the estate agent), he kept me updated and was quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend Open House to anyone considering buying or selling their property with them.

Rahul is simply the best agent I've dealt with in 25 years, with the quality of his, photography, content and personal touch he got me 5 cash buyers in a week.
He is genuinely passionate about his job, Because he kept me and all parties updated along the journey, he got me completed the day before lockdown.
