I went for dentures before having cancer treatment. They never fit. I was told come back after throut cancer to have them fit. When I beat cancer I went back to have them fit. My Dentist Dr Rielly was not there. I was told she was taking time off. They tried for months and never got it right. I came in on a Thursday one day and was told they were swamped and come back next Tuesday. They said if we can't make them fit we'll make new one's. I came back Tuesday and not only was everyone gone the equipment was gone too. There was a receptionist that took care of two different dental office's in that same location. I asked where was everyone? She said Friday everyone was there, when they opened Monday everything was gone. They recieved no notice no forwarding nothing. I searched for two years for Dr Rielly to no avail. All my teeth were pulled for Kemo and Radiation treatment and since these teeth never fit I'd been without teeth now for two years. I had to pay out of pocket for these teeth and being on Medicare it only paid about 2/3 of the cost. I had to spend $1,000 that I didn't have. I felt that was ok, my teeth were never that good growing up so maybe the silver lining having cancer and surviving was being able to smile for the 1st time. I was having trouble eating and lost 50 lbs and always felt tired. It was embarrassing not having any teeth. When my insurance finnaly improved enough where I could get teeth Humana gave me choices. When one the choices was Dr. Rielly I told them she had skipped out from that address years ago. The lady said they had another Dr Rielly at a different address. I got the number and address. I called the number and sure enough it was her. I drove over to confront her and ask why she had cheated me. When I got to the office I couldn't find it. As it turned out it was a tiny little office on a second story walkup. A big difference from where she had been. When I confronted her and told her all the trouble and embarrassment I'd been going through she didn't care. She didn't say she was sorry or offer to make me dentures that fit. That was a year ago and she never offered to take care of the pain and suffering I'd been through. My dream of having a nice smile thanks to Dr Rielly never happened. I could never recommend this horrible human being to anyone.
