Efficacy: Cornhill

I was really pleased to see all the therapists at Efficacy are BABCP accredited and that there is an online CBT option. Good mental health is something I've wanted to work on for a while and am very glad to have come across them.

Very impressed with Efficacy. Their recovery rates fare exceed industry standards and have been really encourage by their warm yet professional approach.

I can highly recommend Efficacy's CBT therapists whether you are just feeling low or have been for a while which mean you really need to talk to them. Trust me.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place which feels very much like a business, leaving myself (and others) with distinct feeling of lack of any real care from therapists.

Rang their general number to make a private appointment for a family member. The operator, Abby, who spoke with an Australian accent, was rude and unhelpful. If they treat clients or their family members like that during the very first phone call, how can clients possibly put their trust in them to save their lives? Note to the Efficacy operator:- think about the organisation you represent and if you do not have the patience or empathy to work in a sensitive environment, then go elsewhere instead of giving the organisation a bad reputation from the outset.
