Prep Kit really do provide a fantastic service. I'm a full-time athlete and will be competing at the Olympic Games in Tokyo next year. Nutrition is key to my success and I couldn't ask for anything more from Prep Kit, meals delivered each week that align with my required macro intake to fuel my training and racing, this in turn allows me to focus more on my sport.

I cannot fault the guys at Prep Kit uk! The top quality service, always happy to answer any questions or queries no matter what time of the day! The meals and snacks are absolutely amazing! Next week will be my 6th week with Prep Kit uk and the meals just keep getting tastier and tastier! Not like most meal prep companies where you get a lot of the same meals week in week out! 5* meal prep company!!

Amazing attention to detail with calculating my nutrition requirements.
Really tasty and fresh food. Portions are good sizes with a lot of meal variation.
Each meal is 4 mins in the microwave so very quick and easy.
They are vacuum packed so small when packing in my bag or fridge.
Saves me so much time and the worry about what I’m eating.
