Really good service yesterday. Went to pick up my cobra lawn mower sold at a good price. The mower was unboxed, filled with oil and petrol and fully checked. They then took me through the operation and maintenance tasks, and finally helped lift it into the car for me. It certainly made buying a new mower a very easy and enjoyable experience.

I purchased from Barry in 2019 a John Deere Z335E Zero turn mower its
a great bit of kit very well built, easy to use, makes a fantastic job and is very easy to service. The operator manual is written in plain english and guides you through the service tasks. Just bought from Farols the service kit for it and it means you can service yourself and not undermine the warranty

The staff are completely useless and have no idea or experience with the products they sell. Also very over price. Most of the items in there are at least 35% more expensive than anywhere else. Staff are also rude and sell you the wrong part not once but 3 times this has happened!! Avoid!
UPDATE TO RESPONSE - NO THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. HOW CAN YOU BE SO SURE THAT YOU HAVE A RECORD OF EACH AND EVERY PERSON WHO HAS BOUGHT A PRODUCT FROM YOUR STORE? IMPOSSIBLE!! JUST A LOUSY EXCUSE FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF YOUR STAFF HAD PROPER TRAINING THEN WHY HAVE THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PART??!!! LOOKS LIKE I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS ANYWAY SO REST MY CASE. NO APOLOGY FROM YOURSELVES YOU JUST TRY TO COVER UP YOUR MISTAKES BY TURNING THE BLAME ONTO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
