All I needed was a simple MOT. Easy to book online. Super friendly team (Ash). Pleasant and said that car was in good condition (as opposed to others who find issues when there are no issues). Thoroughly recommend. I drove further to use this service due to the good reviews and they were correct. Def a 5 star business.

New to the area so first time here, asked around & had this place recommended. Really easy to book, really good communication & updates via email & text message. Dropped car in & was booked in to time within 5 mins. Had an MOT done & was completed within the 40 minute time. Guys were really friendly & professional & gave me some extra advice on some bodywork I need doing. Felt really comfortable going there & will definitely use them again.

Popped over to have my annual motorbike MOT done here.
I had an appointment and was promptly attended. The MOT was done thoroughly and in a very professional manner. The mechanic was courteouis and gave me some pointers to keep the bike going well.
All in all and excellent and professional service.

I've been using this garage for over 3 years now and they are always very nice (even with the mechanically ignorant people...), explain things clearly, never try cause unnecessary expense and are very efficient. I took my car for an MOT and the customer experience was excellent. I had a question before i arrived, it was answered (on a Sunday night). 24hrs before the apt I had a reminder, I arrived at the garage and they were professional, friendly, on time and stuck to the time limit promised. Waiting room to wait in and all very good. Highly recommend these guys as it is how things should be done!

AS EVER THE MOST FANTASTIC SERVICE! I cannot fault the team - I have used this garage for MOT's and all other repairs for the last 20 years and I am always blown away by the efficiency of everyone. I took my mini for its MOT yesterday and Marvin kept in touch at all stages, finished everything when he said - and and was immensely patient with MY poor time keeping! Great local garage.

A very efficient process - easy to book an appointment on-line, I received a reminder before the selected date, when I arrived I was dealt with quickly and the job was completed quickly while I waited and at a reasonable price. The person dealing with me was very polite.

I used to have a reliable mechanic in North London. And when I moved down here I was worried about getting ripped off by cowboys. I found this garage on Google Maps and decided to take a chance. I have used them for a few years now, and they are easily the most professional, reliable, friendly and trustworthy mechanics I have ever come across. They really know their stuff. They go over and above what is required. They communicate well with the customer. And the pricing is fair and transparent. I use them all the time now.

Booked my Motorcycle in for an MOT on the couldn’t-be-easier website booking system which is quite impressive.
What was more impressive was the efficiency, professionalism and courtesy exercised by the staff throughout the MOT procedure.
The guy doing it was super-friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain every part of what he was doing - a real pro. It was a very inclusive experience with even the owner taking time to chat with genuine interest. A real change from the personalityless service you often get.

Clapham North MOT are the best garage I’ve ever been to. Everybody went out of their way to be courteous and friendly - I had my little baby with me and they kindly helped me with my buggy and made sure I borrowed one of their umbrellas as it was about to rain. Great local service garage that I used for servicing and MOT for the 1st time and was a bit anxious of yet, having a surprise on the bill when collecting and paying the bill. All the staff have been nothing but polite and explaining what has been done in a non jargon language. Plus they explained me that MOT can wait so that I don't lose the 2 months left, when another garage advised me to do it now. Will definately use again!
