Insurance before an appointment? I called, I did not have my ins card/information with me and although the receptionist was nice, she would not put me as self pay in-order to book an appointment. They may want to look at a value analysis of the steps to book an appointment. To call back is an inconvenience for patients and adds zero balance to the patient experience. Lost a patient today.
