How nice to find an independent coffee shop still operating after the last year of global chaos. The fact that the coffee is great and the bacon & egg roll delicious, just topped it off. Well done and keep up the good work. Thanks

Doesn’t it feel amazing when a stranger greets you with a smile. Was on a walk yesterday in town and was desperately looking for an independent cafe as my new target is to help out local outlets n shops as much as possible so after hunting and walking around I saw this small cafe and it was already post 4pm so I wasn’t sure it would be open but it was. I hopped in and ordered my favourite Mocha and a small hot chocolate for a friend. Patient staff and maintained all COVID distance. She freshly brewed my coffee which they source from @nudecoffeeroasters Yummy and affordable. I always tht cafe’s in central london are bound to be overpriced but to my surprise it was pretty reasonable. Had a cozy interior and warm. The windows were covered in tiny rain drops and fairy lights just made it s beautiful sight! I love it when people love and work passionately and the server here was so kind and sweet! Must visit if you are in the neighbourhood.

What a breath of fresh air. I'm so grateful to have a local cafe to visit near our studio. Friendly and welcoming staff and of course fantastic food. Those small businesses managing to keep their premises open during these times deserve our support. Places like this may be the only friendly face a person sees from one day to the next. Fingers crossed when I can come back and sit in again.

A superb little coffee shop in the heart of London. Having friendly faces greeting me each day makes all the difference. In this age of the corporate giants dominating the high street, this place has been real beacon of hope during these times. Loving the family vibe of this place, a very well run establishment indeed. Highly recommended :)

Best coffee in the area, slowly making my way through the menu which is all delicious. Jerk chicken wrap is ???? and the Dirty Chai has turned into a bit of an addiction, so so sooo good!

Still open with tables outside despite being in Tier 4. Come on guys, you can't be serious. Edit: thanks for the answer, this review refers to the 21st December where you had two guys (I'll give the benefit of the doubt they're in the same family, but neither both of them seemed to have any impediment) sitting outside with zero distance from people queuing on the door. I understand the needs of an independent cafe to survive the hard times, but you should also have the guts to enforce rules to your customers. I don't usually complaint but should've really taken a picture to take support my claims...

Excellent coffee served by smiling friendly Baristas in a smart cafe. Seating outside enables you to take coffee in comfort whilst watching the busy world go by. Seating inside with big windows let's you do the same if it's raining. The contrasted peace and serenity of the excellent Archbishops Park is around the corner. Whilst the funky bars, restaurants and shops in Lower Marsh is directly across the street. Leake St and its graffiti art is also less than 5 minutes. All in all a great little coffee shop situated amidst one of the most happening and cultural areas of Central London.

Coffee was just soo amazing that I will definitely go back again for a takeaway. Their foods sounded good but as the service was so slow, we couldnt order foods and waited longer. During this Covid19 - Cannot remember if there were hand sanitizer but staffs didnt were masks.. a bit shame.

Best coffee shop around. I swing by here everyday when I'm working and have become quite the regular. All the ladies are lovely and they make a bangin' Cappuccino. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else whilst in SE1. X

Best coffee in London and always served perfectly! Really friendly independent shop that I absolutely love supporting. The food is also fantastic, specifically the apple and cinnamon buns, which is now verging on addiction, but I'm fine with that!

Stumbled across the café while out exploring and was lured in by the hand made cinnamon buns. Made even better by an excellent coffee and all very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend.

I love this little independent oasis in the middle of town. Each cup of coffee is lovingly made by the owner. A real hub of community which welcomes you in to each conversation had. My favourite lunch order is the home made jerk chicken rice bowl with a turmeric latte. So delicious. Everything freshly prepared. Beats the high street coffee chains that keep popping up around it... yet it still thrives ❤️❤️

Best place to pop by for breakfast or lunch. Best cinnamon buns & the wraps are my staple!!! Also I'm not the biggest coffee drinker but I cannot resist their almond milk lattes they are too good! Absolute faves!!! I've been working from home last few weeks and am so glad this place is open - absolute saviours!!! xxx

Lovely independent business This coffee shop has been open throughout the pandemic, serving their great products - at a sensible social distance. Nice and friendly owners. Would get 6 stars from me if they had a dog water bowl outside ????????

Truly exceptional wraps, better than almost anything on the nearby street food market, at the same price if not a bit cheaper. Half of my colleagues go here, the first in always has to report back the fillings of the day! Great staff too.

Good coffee, and excellent salads and wraps (and at very reasonable prices). But aside from the food, the staff is so warm and lovely. If you're around Lower Marsh, Lambeth North or Waterloo, they are definitely worth a visit.

Nice coffee (soya flat white) but £££. No discount for using your own cup and extra 50p for soya milk. Not worth it.

Amazing coffee and vibe at this wonderful cafe I stumbled upon. It has a lovely community atmosphere and is family owned. Coffee and the wraps were delicious and cheap. They’re currently open during lockdown, so was great to get a tasty coffee during these tough times. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you ladies ☺️☺️☺️

I love this place! Really excellent coffee and the best ever bacon rolls (not to mention the smoky loaded meat wraps which make me salivate just to think about) I come here every morning before work and often for lunch and the Sistas never fail to lift my spirits - superb refreshments and excellent chat!

This place is definitely one of London’s little treasures. Their food is made from the heart, you are eating gold right there with so much love packed into their delicious, nutritious food. So yummy and if you've been with them you'll notice how much of a beautiful bunch of humans there are. Thankyou guys for all the support you have been giving out to the valuable and providing food for NHS workers and all in service during this time. Much Love! Frey

Recently discovered this family run cafe but now a firm favourite of mine. Love their iced dirty chai and the toastie fillings are yummy. My only request is that they toast their toasties for a*bit* longer. Otherwise, this place is awesome!

This has been my go to stop for lunch for the last year while I am at work. The food is delicious, serving a variety of different homecooked meats on different days, all wrapped up with your choice of accrutriment in a warm wrap or bowl. More importantly, the staff are friendly and welcoming, always bringing a smile to my face. If you haven’t been yet and live / work in the area; go once, and it will be the start of something great.

Waited far too long before trying this place out. Coffee & BBQ? So simple yet so good! Owners are super friendly and it’s always a nice atmosphere in there. The food; amazing! I highly recommend the pulled pork wrap with their own BBQ sauce in, it’s fresh and delicious. The consistency of quality and good service has stayed the same throughout all my visits so far! Thank you Sista Barista
