Very impressed by the service I had. We were going on holiday the next day, I dropped in just to check a minor clicking noise, it turned out the suspension was seriously damaged. The guys at Elite pulled out all stops to fix the problem by the end of the day so we could go on holiday as planned. It was touch and go if they could do this- we’re really grateful that they put 100% in to help us. Thank you!

Elite are awesome. Had my car in there a few times now and service, quality of work and turnaround have always been top notch.
I found the guys to have a great attitude, always happy to go that extra distance to help you get back on the road. They are open and honest about what work really needs to be done - and what doesn't need doing.
Jobs always end up costing what you were quoted (they've always done their homework to understand all the parts needed - no hidden surprises).
I wouldn't go to any other garage in Brighton.

No complaints. I called in the morning with a slow puncture. An appointment was organised for the afternoon. It was repaired quickly and wasn't expensive.
Very friendly and helpful fitter.

Seem Friendly at first once my car failed the mot i had the work done else where, this was over 10 days so i had so pay full mot (not a problem) but surprisingly they added more to the advisory list when they should of picked this up in the first place ? i wonder if this was because i never used them to do my repairs ? also they charged the first mot to adjust my headlamp and on the second mot they said they adjusted my headlamp, that's when i told them that they have adjusted them on the first mot and that i wouldn't pay them again to do it, I wouldn't recommend these guys stay away

Definitely 5* I called up today as my car started misfiring. Most garages shut early on a Saturday but there open until 4. He said he could look at it as soon as I got there my car was fixed within a hour. And the cost I was surprised I thought it would be more but I'm very impressed xx

Rude and abrupt. I don't need the red carpet just common courtesy. Why pay for that treatment when you can be spoken to like a normal human being at another establishment.
As for the work: expensive compared to other garages. Avoid.

I've been using this garage for years now and every time something goes wrong with my beat up old car (and its nightmare exhaust) they've been incredibly helpful. James will thoroughly explain the problem with the car and they go as far as they can to try and fix the problem rather than charge you for work you might not need. They even turned me down for a set of new brake pads because another garage (*ahem* Halfords Autocentre) had wrongly told me they needed replacing them following a somewhat dodgy MOT.
Would definitely recommend. Thoroughly decent chaps!

went straight to this garage, and they saw me straight away and we descovered the problem, they didnt hesitate to fix the problem at last min highly recommend this garage.

After going to the elite garage on highcroft villas brighton for a replacement clutch at a cost of over £600 in December 2015, had to take car BACK to them next day as gear shift gaiter failed in my hand. The AA breakdown patrol suggested this should have been replaced or repaired at time as this would have been removed from gearbox housing as part of clutch removal/ refit. Then in March had to take back to this place AGAIN as the dual mass flywheel had failed and was forced to hand over another 1200 pounds to repair the car again. After another gearshift gaiter failure another 24 hours later(again AA patrol advised replacement as previous one had NOT been, although I did ask them to replace this with a new part) I was happy to get my car back and working, so I thought. 23rd May, nearside of car starts to grind badly and engine very very rough idle, when stopped the car, opened bonnet and saw engine on nearside had dropped appros 4 inches. Looked underneath car and to my surprise the nearside drive shaft had sheared totally in half and the bolts from engine mount had snapped clean in half. After looking around more, I saw shards of metal what seemed like aluminium alloy. Got an independant breakdown company to diagnose the fault and they advised that the holes in which hold the gearbox to the angine via the engine mounts were stripped bare of ANY thread and his professional oppinion was that the bolts had been either cros-threaded, over torqued down or both.
Long story short, after 4 days of arguments over fault and liability, the garage manager agreed to pay full costs ONLY after I signed a no implied warranty disclaimer. This place should be re-inspected by the Ministry of Trnasport, as we trust these halfwhits to reliably test car under MOT conditions. How many cars are they letting slip that coupld be ticking time bombs!!!
NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! and I only live 30 seconds away!

Worst experience have ever had at a garage. Didn't fit my new wheel on properly, car sounded like it was ready to explode. whole wheel fell off as was going into a parking space cracked whole of my bumper and wing. They took no responsibility what so ever. Will be taking further. DO NOT USE THEM. AWFUL.

These guys tried to rip me off. I went to them for an MOT, after charging me £45 for looking at my car they told me the damage was at least £500 if not more. I then took my car for a second opinion, so glad! £100 later and I'm back on the road. Beware!
