one of the best onlne purchase experience 100% will use again, no fault of theirs as tools are stright from suppliers but i orderd a grinder and the guard was faulty i emailed toucan tools and within half hour they had called me and arranged an exchange for the following day, awsome service thanks

Got a parking ticket here whilst being a customer at toucan however they where closed due to covid-19. I called toucan tools on numerous occasions and sent various emails to revoke my PCN but had no reply from them and was scammed to pay £65 to the parking agency!

Good old fashioned service with a smile, staff who actually know what they are talking about and seem like they actually enjoy working there, a rarity these days. Prices comparable with online retailers and when pointed out a cheaper price online, they immediately changed the price on their website. A Mecca for boys who like their toys and my new destination of choice !

Excellent shop! They sell almost any brand you can think of, including Festool too! They are full loaded when it comes to accessories too. They’re business is doing really well, so it’s always busy when you god there. The only downside is the waiting time to be served. Other than that, it’s excellent!

Never used this place before but will definitely use them again. Bought a Festool Mitre Saw at the weekend. The guy who served me was polite and helpful and could not have been better. Arranged for a colleague to help load the car. Filled in all the warrant stuff for me. Told me about the cash back offer and also took time to explain the theft warrantee. Just a really good experience. Couple of things to note... parking is not easy round there, so check they have space on the fore court. The website didnt make it obvious that delivery was free for the big items.
