The most popular brands are here at very reasonable prices too. They always have something is on sale here.

The worst customer service I ever had.
I bought a present for my wife and I have been told in the first place I could exchange it in case the size was wrong. Unfortunately the day after it wasn't like that anymore, no exchange, no refund only been treated like a stupid from the manager. I Learnt the lesson, next time I'll get what I need from Amazon

Such am awfull place to shop. The staff always avoid you and are always doing nothing. The queues are very long and they only have one member of staff on the tills, whilst 4 others are standing talking. During times like this I would imagine they would serve customers quickly and efficiently to get everybody out of the shop safe and sound. I will not be returning i have had enough its been the same for at least 10 years.. joke

The Fulham branch never answers the phone so I cannot check whether an item is in stock. If I order online, I will have to get three sizes to ensure one of them fits my daughter. And if you want to return the other two, Sports Direct give you a credit note instead of a refund. If Decathlon expand in the UK, they will destroy Sports Direct because they have vastly better customer service. It's hard to exaggerate how useless Spirts Direct are.

the changing rooms have such a small door that people can look in! it's also a unisex one on the top floor. twice I had men walking around just outside and felt really uncomfortable. surely a door that fills the doorway isn't too expensive, even for a discount sports door.

Unbelievably rude ‘manager’ - shocking customer service! Facing the same issue as many on here in that you cannot return (for a cash refund in store), instead you have to pay for delivery to get the item and also delivery to return it....avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle!

this has got to be one of the worst shops in Fulham I suppose it's ok if you are a chav or a low life part of the society, you can buy your Nike Air Max and your jogging bottoms and your Slazenger hoodies that say be honest anyone with some money or or class would not shop here

Appalling customer service. The staff is so unhelpful and unwilling that you just want to step out of the shop as soon as you interact with any of them. Prices are ok. Fitting rooms are too small.

We called into the store during a trip to London, needing a couple of cycling shirts fit a present. On entering we asked where to find them and a very pleasant young man gave us precise directions to the correct area in the basement. We chose the shirts and spotted ladies hoodies. As my wife had been cold whilst traveling she tried some on. Then a very loud lady customer appeared, immediately calling out for assistance. When an assistant appeared the customer berated her for some time, loudly enough for all around to hear, how there were never staff around to assist her. This carried on for some time and was obviously done by the customer to embarrass the young female assistant. The the young man who had previously given us directions arrived. We the realised he seemed to be the manager. He very professionally and as quietly as possible, dealt with the situation and returned upstairs. We chose a hoodie which seemed the best fit and went up to pay. We asked the same young man whether they another hoodie in the same size.
He noticed we had chosen a large size and very astutely suggested the men's hoodies would be a better fit for my wife. In all, we cannot commend this young man enough. In fact, as we left, another customer was thanking him for his help.

IN SHORT: The employees are paid to swindle you by pushing their Karrimor brand, which is rubbish, over higher quality brands. They make more money on the Karrimor brand!
MY STORY: I went in the store and purchased £40 sneakers, which are ugly. I was informed by someone working there that the Nike is better for style but the Karrimor is better for running and is more durable. So i picked the Karrimor (what would you do?) Now I'm left with crappy and very ugly Karrimor shoes!!!
PLUS: They try to rip you of at the counter and pressure you to buy additional rubish for anything from 50p to £4!
