Staff was alright, but I would expect more knowledge and better professional approach from the manager in duty (member of staff .345404), who after a quick eye inspection he decided that nothing could be done because the shoes I bought where used once.
I contacted customer service but they were useless as well. Having to email them twice to eventually get a respond after one month.
I would not recomend this Store to anyone!!

A great stop to find some of the best and most famous brands, ranging from super affordable to more expensive. These days, there are great sales literally offering a huge bargain on amazing brands. Definitely worth checking out if you need to get rid of your old shoes, or simply add to your collection of sports wear.

Staff in the shoe department was very helpful but I took ages on the till as simple process of exchange was turned out to be nightmare and took about 15mins. You need to improve your customer service at the till and reduce your queuing times.

Consistent with all other reviews - very limited training in customer service or improving the customer experience. Instead of feeling valued for your business you are met with often rude and uninterested sales people who would clearly rather be anywhere else. Basically just typical for the service industry in the UK in general.

Stood waiting for someone to help me with shoes for 30 minutes, there were about 3 other customers on the store. Staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other about their weekend.

Shocking customer service. The website says that the store closes at 7pm but the manager Chal claims that no customers are allowed after 6.30pm. There is no mention of that on the website. Just wasted time getting here. Chal thinks it’s ok for me to waste my time and money on transport. There were plenty of people leaving the store so the number of people wasn’t an issue. Horrible company, no respect for customers. Don’t trust anything they have on their website.

During my visit at white city went inside sports direct to browse thorough some trainers and gym clothes. Didn't really see any staff. Went up to the till and came across a young women who processed my items quickly.

Terrible customer service, according to the website its closing at 10 pm, at 8:45 pm I tried to walk in the fitting room but I have been told that was closed, even if the closing time is 9pm, what's the point to close the fitting room so in advance? Or let the customers in after 8:40? I had the time to put back the trousers, walk downstairs, get a cappuccino, walk all the way to the tube station and catch the train at 8:57 to go home, definitely never back again!

The worst queueing ever. They have all the boxes in front of the tills trying to sell things but people get frustrated waiting. Why not having one line like in any shop? Next custom.er goes to next available till. Not having 6 different lanes, people running from one till to the other. Staff have 5star, very friendly and helpful.

The worst customer service I ever seen they try to sell all extra small arsenal jerseys by any means because the size is almost equal with 11-12ages one. But they have big price different. All the retailer are trying to take the advantage and they won’t return you once you printed name on it. Even the managers response is hilarious.

This store is very poor when it comes to availability in products. I went here two days in a row looking for a specific type of football boots for my boyfriend, the staff had told me they'll be there the next day and they weren't not happy at all.

Very Bad experience.... staff need to be trained, does`t know how to talk to customer...they open untill 23:00 but does not want to serve customer 15 minute before so they should close at 22:45. When i asked about manager to speak i found that is the guy he saying i am the manager who does not want to server customer after 22:45 and the staff and manager they both saying different things...unbelievable experience specially in the big shopping mall.... i did so many times shopping in the other store never happened but this one inside the westfield shopping centre very strange.. management should give trainee to that guy who saying i am the manager...so people should not waste the time to go that store.

I've never had an experience like that. The staff is terrible.. They are rude and they do nothing! When I asked something about a trainer, they just pointed me the stand and one of them said "look yourself dude" and he carried on his talking with another staff while I was trying to find a suitable one.

One year ago refused an exchange in very rude manner. However seems like manager has been replaced. Now, Was my second store to come and ask for letters to be printed on T-shirt which I bought from Sport Direct. Honestly speaking the lady and the manager tried to diffuse the situation. I still believe they didn’t want to bother before closing time.

A friend was harassed and accused of stealing. The employee stated that we “Had the intension of stealing as soon as you all entered” this was clearly an act of racism and colourism. As we were in a group and bought several items I believe this was harassment.

This is about the Stratford shop in the Westfield mall. Incompetent and rude staff. They make you hang around waiting for them even if you see them idling. If they notice you are a foreigner they give you a deadly cold shoulder, even though most of them are obviously progenies of immigrants. Avoid.

Worth sport store ever. The staff is avoiding clients like the plague. When asking to try on three pair of shoes, was asked which one was my favourite since he didn't want to get the three of them.
Probably a few chaps working hard to get this place running the rest of them are a joke.

Customer service needs a serious overhaul in this shop. All the staff serving at the tills look miserable and are very rude. Simple question as to where my daughter could try something on was met with a growling response and a wave of the hand. Then they refused to let me help my daughter try her bathingsuit on despite her obviously being a very young child. Needless to say we walked out and got her stuff elsewhere. If you don't need to interact with with staff on the tills this shop is ok but if you actually need to pay for something brace yourself for a rude experience.

Their staff are kind and once I bought an jacket online and it still had its security tag on it. Told one member of staff and they took it off and said sorry. I was happy but was confused why the security tag wasn't off before it was sent to me by delivery.

Do not go if your in a hurry picked 2 trainer and got told by staff member he can only do one at a time after 10 minuets he came back with nothing, then he went off for the next one after another 10 minutes we went looking for him and he was with another customer when I asked about the trainers he said I'm not doing you now will I call the other person he did not even come and tell us this, so I walked out went to the Ealing shop and got served within 5 minutes by fast efficient staff (Marwan) in a busier shop than Westfield maybe Westfield staff need to train there it was great service by very friendly staff.

AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN!
Terrible place to go to - staff unhelpful and rude, not even trying yo assist you with your shopping.
There are only two changing rooms for the whole store, so first you're queuing outside, and when you're finally inside the changing room, you're being rushed by the store attendants in the most impolite way to leave claiming you've been there for too long (jeeze, when you're trying sports stuff on, it has to fit, right?!).
Altogether horrible experience, with the staff as well as the manager Chow.
Never setting foot in there again!!!

The entrance is deceptive. You have logoed windows but no mannequins in a window. To get in you either use an escalator or the lift provided. Once at the top of the escalator you'll see high displays of assorted trainers. The children's are usually around the other side of a display wall on the left. You'll see Nike, Addidas, Reebok, Basics, Skecher, Puma, Karrimor and others. There's always an affordable range for each sport. lf you're brand obsessed there are co - ordinating backpacks mounted on a pillar, others on wall near the tills. Clothing is more accessible on low racks. There's a new machine that calibrates your foot, assessing how you walk and run so that you select the most appropriate trainer. Prices are keen. In the winter season you can find ski wear and thermal wear. NB when leaving the store there is no down escalator, use the stairs or if you've mega shopped use the lift.

OMG..where do I start. Went there for a pair of trainers. Asked one of the guy if he had 5. He then said ..'OMG ONE AT A TIME!'. He then scanned the barcode of the shoe and disappeared..figured he was gonna come back with the shoes. Nope I saw him moments later serving someone else. So asked another guy and was told he cannot help me because the trainers I want wasn't in his section. I told him but theres nobody over there to help me. He said he would call someone but no one arrived. Honestly, I AM NOT GOING TO BEG YOU TO SERVE ME! Left the store and have no intention of going back.

Friendly staff - overly flirtatious tho!
One of them even offered to give me a reach-around. I politely declined. But you don't get that type o' service in just any ol' place! Amirite my brothers???
