What I loved about my visit was the warm and welcoming greeting we got at the door. It really set the tone. I love the products of course, but this helped a lot! The staffs were always on hand but not in an overbearing way.

I've been a few times looking for pants but couldn't figure out which ones were right for me - with and without staff assistance. Yesterday however I met Georgia and she was great! She was friendly and relaxed, asked a couple of questions and really listened to what I said. She gave great feedback and didn't just agree but offered thoughtful advice. Most impressive was how she politely handled a few customers and everyone was happy. There was another sales assistant there who wouldn't even make eye contact, so the in-store experience really comes down to good hiring and training policies. But it can change your day (and make money for the business), so it's a big deal!

I have been a regular customer here since I moved to the UK from Canada in 2014, and I can say on good authority that this is probably one of the best Lululemon shops in the world. I have visited other Lululemon stores in Canada, America, Europe, and the UK, and no store has matched the quality experience I have enjoyed every single time that I have shopped at the Westfield location. Katie, Georgia, and Chris as well as all of the other staff that I have interacted with over the years have been absolutely wonderful and have made me actually enjoy shopping (I am one of those people who normally doesn't, unfortunately). Their knowledge of the fabric and the technology, fit, and styling is impressive, and they have given me valuable advice on purchasing the correct pieces for my body, lifestyle, and needs. I wear Lululemon for both my work as a Soft Tissue Injury Specialist and for my training as a Crossfitter (who also occasionally climbs, rows, and tries to dance), and what still gets me excited about Lulu even after well over a decade of wearing it is the quality. It. Lasts. I have occasionally tried other sportswear/lifestyle brands and I have regretted it every time. If you want quality athleisure clothing that lasts forever as well as a truly lovely shopping experience where you feel cared for as a human (and not just another nameless customer), I cannot recommend Lululemon Westfield highly enough!

Wonderful Store and Service. Really like the new design and flow. By far my go to brand for most apparel! Highly recommend.

The best quality. My fav shop. Try the yoga leggings. They work so good if you are pregnant and if you not you will just feel amazing.

BAD service! The staff is incompetent and clearly doesn’t know their products and sizes. The least one expects from the experience of buying such grossly overpriced clothes is great customer service otherwise where is the value?!

Terrible customer service. Imagine paying £100 for shorts wanting to return completely unworn and untouched but missing the return date by 1 day due to work. Shocking. Will definitely never use again. Plenty of other BETTER shops.

As I walked in to the store, I couldn't tell who was and was not staff at first, but quickly learned there were 3 staff members attending to one customer. My short while in the store I was not approached by staff even after they had acknowledged me, I understand their products are on the high end of performance wear but it was almost like I was profiled and thought not to have the intention to purchase something. Interesting concept behind the company, really cool design work unfortunately staff at this store don't look to be very helpful.

Excellent product - I've not found other active wear that feels so good anywhere. Worth the high price tag! And especially great service at this store - friendly, knowledgeable and when I had to return an item, the way they handled it was exemplary. The lovely sales assistant even remembered my name!

Very bad exchange policy and unhelpful staff who gave me a very hard time. I had a damaged item with the original tag and all they were offering were a voucher, even I kept the receipt.. The jacket was already an exchange because the jacket I originally bought from this Store at Westfield Mall had a broken zipper. Unfortunately the zip did break outside the Uk, so I had no chance to get a refund. Instead I had to take another Jacket in exchange happened at the Lululemon Store in Frankfurt. Only five days (!) later, I only weared the Jacket twice, the material looked so old and used that I again decided to go back to Lululemon as soon as I got back to the UK. At Westfield I explained the situation to the Store manager and told her that Im looking to finally get my money refunded. I didn’t expect any complications in that special (frustrating) case.. Even I already accepted one item exchange instead of my right to get my money back, ( the argument was because I was abroad..), I now clearly told the manager that Im not satisfied with the Quality of Lululemon Clothes anymore and won’t accept another exchange again. But still the manager strictly refused a refund and didn’t give me any other option then a voucher. ( And we are not talking about 80 Pounds.. the voucher value is 230 Pounds! ) I already bought so much stuff at Lululemon stores over the last past years but by now Im so disappointed of this sudden bad quality I just experienced especially for the same high prices.. After all the hassle I had, senseless discussions, waste of time and energy.., There were NO Chance to get my money back! Now I have a voucher of 230 GBP, which I have zero use for, plus additional anger inside how unprofessional and ignorant the situation got solved.. It was my last time in a Lululemon Store, that’s for sure. Just warning you, after paying for something there, you‘ll never have a chance to get your money back! Be aware!

I been here this branch around 7 times and most of the time the servers were VERY rude and unfriendly. They say "Hello" because they are told to say when people come in, but are SO unfriendly when you speak to them.
