Hunted high and low for the right Z1000SX Tourer for me and got it here at EMS.Really good customer service, bike was delivered in really good time on the back of a van which was well worth the money. I was promised that I wouldn’t be disappointed with my bike and I most definitely wasn’t...Scott was absolutely spot on here. Far better customer experience here at an independent dealer than I have had at some of the other connected dealers out there and for that, I will be coming here to scope my next bike in the first instance. Well worth giving Scott a try

Rang Scot last friday asking about this bike, bought her after a chat and she was delivered today. WOW WOW and even more WOW !!! this bike was delivered in immaculate condition, all documents neatly and securely packed.Jason the delivery guy couldnt have been more helpful spot on i will admit i was worried buying a bike without seeing it in the flesh but there was no need to. First class communication and even better service !! THANK YOU SO MUCH all you guys at EMS , im one very happy and proud owner of the bike ive been dreaming about for a few years .All the best in the future, youve done us proud !!

They buy wrecked bikes at auction and piece them back together - its well known EMS do this in the bike dealership world and most reputable sellers avoid them. I know someone who knew the owner. I only wish i knew before buying one. Look carefully at the bikes, the fairings, the handlebars, the footpegs etc. Take a bike mechanic with you if you dont believe me and check out 2 or 3 bikes in their showroom. You need to be attentive but you will see. Why do you think thay are appointment only. Anyway, before i knew this GSXR 750 purchased later to find it had had a severe fall and frame and handlebars were off. The owner wasnt interested, would only exchange for a more expenaive bike for more money. 2nd bike had engine fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU. Also, Russ is a proper shady, rude person, as is his son.

I have just taken delivery of a Triumph Bobber 1200 and am absolutely delighted with the bike and the service from Scott at EMS.
If you have seen a negative review on Google, let me put you straight!
This is a highly reputable business, efficiently run and they have supplied me with a low mileage bike in superb condition, better than described through the classified ad on Ebay.
This was the first time I had purchased a bike 'blind', as it was during lockdown, and I live 300 miles away from the dealership. No need to worry whatsoever and the bike arrived via the excellent Alien Motorcycle Delivery company (Jason), to the minute in the worst weather experienced by the midlands for several years.
I cannot fault the service and would definitely use them again.

I purchased my motorcycle from E.M.S in October (saw the advert on autotrader) and to be honest, I am happy with the purchase.
When I saw the advert, I made a call and spoke with Russ. We couldn't come to a price that I was happy with and he said he would see what he could do. He called me up later and and made me an offer I could not refuse.
Long story short, I drove down to Derby, paid for the bike and they delivered it to my door few days later.
Ohhhh, I forgot to add, they also serviced the bike before they delivered it. Bike arrived on time, no marks on it and fully serviced.
Russ also called me 2 weeks later for a follow up on how I was enjoying the bike and if I had any issues. This is what "customer service" is all about.

Me and a friend brought 2 sets of part worn slicks mine were fine but on inspection of my friends tyres prior to use found a hole in the surface of the tyre which could be lifted up to expose the underlayer of the tyre structure rendering it too dangerous to use. We took photos and my friend informed them of this defect from what he said to me he was talked to very poorly and no refund of any kind was offered. Would not recommend.

Never bought a bike from EMS but Scott is a real friendly guy and goes out of his way to help with a sale , i messed about and missed out on a cracking Yamaha MT09 my fault , i definitely would buy from this dealer. PS finally bought a bike off Scott GSX650 (March 2021) in fantastic condition absolutely fantastic service ,Scott did everything i asked and Jason who delivered the bike was very professional and polite .

I would like to say a big thank you to Scott for making the purchase of the KTM Superduke R an easy and pleasant experience, the bike is in immaculate condition and was very good value for money. I live in South Devon so Scott arranged for a bike courier company to deliver it for me who were also fantastic.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to buy a motorbike from these guys and I will certainly be happy to buy again from here in the future.

Again, 1st class service from start to finish which included delivery of my bike. Russ kept me informed during each step of the sale, I would certainly recommend this business if you are looking to buy a bike.

It is great to walk into any retail place and not get accosted by sales staff wanting you to buy something even before you have looked. Keep it up. Complaints about this are unfounded and inappropriate as usually this is hated by most!!
I had the best experience and straight forward transaction and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Also the staff were happy to chat about anything but bikes. YES....KEEP IT UP.

Bought a Yamaha MT125 from EMS,coming back to motorcycles after 38 year gap so got very good sound advice and excellent service from Russ.
The whole experience was stress free and even though I am in Cornwall the delivery was arranged with no hassle ,the delivery itself was done by Jason who did everything professionally and on time ,in fact 24hours early,he has an excellent vehicle for the task ,carpet lined etc so the bike was everything I imagined it to be.

I took them to court and one!
Petrol was leaking from my motorbike & didn't tell me where from. They welded the underside of my petrol tank & didn't tell me. It started leading again & I took it to an independent dealer & they showed me where the lack was coming from. I filmed the dealers insurrection & showed it to the court. East Midlands Super Bike had to pay me over £1,200!!

A friendly place to buy a bike . All the staff and especially sales were helpful and at no time did I feel pressured . I exchanged my bike for one of there's and the paperwork and help I received was impeccable. I strongly advise anyone buying a bike to give EMS a visit , it would be very worthwhile .

Bought a bike from this dealership. Happy with the bike but they need to improve on customer service. No help with purchasing the bike they just want your money. Asked for a delivery they said it would be in a weeks time even tho I live 1 mile away. They said they don't have a van and when I pointed out that their van is outside they told me that in that case there is nobody with the key. Somebody opened the van door 3min later... I wouldn't even give 1 star for customer service

Awful customer care. Brought a brand new bike which didnt start when picking up. Waited week for repair then none stop problems, broke down. Been in the garage more than on the road. Been in their garage 5 times in 4 months. refusing refund or replacement.
Your response....its been in your garage 5 times now. You have it a week each time saying your computor shows no fault then you find a fault. Ive now rejected the bike since 20th july as its not fit for purpose.wasnt able to pick the bike up for a week after purchase due to being repaired. Its hardly been used due to being repaired.

Absolutely appalling service. Staff members did not acknowledge myself or my husband when walking in. Also as we walked round we were completely ignored. EMS is a fantastic independent dealership that stocks quality bikes. I purchased my MT-07 over the phone and Terry couldn't of been more helpful, even when i was unable to collect the bike due to a back and leg injury, He held the bike until i could arrange collection and sent all the paperwork with it. When it turned up it was stunning.
I will definitely be recommending EMS and Terry, and will be using them to source a fireblade for me. 5 star company
