Absolutely fantastic. Been in several bike shops as soon as i say i havent passed yet their not interested. East midland superbikes was amazing Russell gave me lots of good helpfull advise got me sat on bikes that would suit my needs really helpfull. I dont know what johanna is on about even whilst attending to me 2 other people came in and they where acknowledged.
So i am sure nobody gets ignored keep up the good work and I will see you guys when I have Passed.

I bought my motorcycle a year ago and they had to change one of the headlights one of the lenses had split. Have recently took it for a MOT for it to fail on the headlights they are European headlights and not just one of them both of them are European. My lights have been pointing In to on coming traffic for the last 12 months. There was nothing wrong with one of them but it got changed anyway . It's cost me 500 pounds to replace them and to keep costs down i fitted them myself. The Mechanic was having a bad day one broken bracket and two missing screws. DO NOT USE.

Cant fault ems Darby. Friendly helpful staff. And Terry couldn't be more helpful a credit to ems. Rang 9am on a Monday see if bike was still for sale. Test rode the bike dinner time was on way home with bike hour later. only thing I could say is the photos don't do the bikes justis there just like New. Would reconmend to anyone. Thanks ems. well happy.

Bike arrived with front wheel puncture and no oil.Mechanic suspected bike had been dropped in past but not confirmed other than tell tale marks twisted handlebars and wheels not in line.Emailed dealer no reply

Purchased a Yamaha r1 from ems in Derby last week, did it all over the phone. I noticed the r1 on their bike trader site it looked really clean on all the pics and it was delivered on the day we arranged. Smooth transaction from start to finish. They gave me a fantastic price for my old suzuki too which is a bonus!!! Bike is perfect big thanks to Scott and the team at ems

Ok to deal with is you live close by. Engine warning light on dash when first looked at bike. Was told it would be fixed when I went to collect bike. The light stayed off until I got home which is two hours away. Called them straight and was told I couldn't take the bike to my local authorised dealer, I would have to take the bike to them. So do a 4 hour round trip to drop bike off, then another 4 hour trip to go pick it up once it was fixed. Told them this was unacceptable, but nothing was offered. I work for a car dealership and if we had sold a car and it had a fault we'd go and pick the vehicle up and get it sorted at the least inconvenience to the customer. Maybe this company should take a leaf out of that book!!!! Took it to my local dealer who found an exhaust valve sensor not fitted correctly. Would definitely never use again unless I lived a lot closer. Lesson learnt.

Complete shysters. Phoned up about a bike engine, assured they had it, would have warranty, so passed on two others for theirs. Go to collect it and got told they had sold it before they sold it to me. Still sat there in their warehouse, but sold to someone else, so 100 miles of journey wasted.
Do not trust them!

Had a great experience with ems , bought my BMW 1600gtl through Terry he was very friendly and gave me all the time and information i needed , no pressure to buy ,have to say i was 90% there already but that all important bit the attitude of that sales staff was great !!! I would def have another one from them , although that may be some time i think it will be a long time before i get bored of this beast ! Great coffee too !!!

Was on the market for a VFR 800, saw the one advertised on Autotrader at East Midlands Super Bike, was the right model for the right miles at the right price. Spoke to the owner who let me put down a £200 deposit to reserve it, had the bike checked out and then made the purchase. The bike was immaculate, I'm sure that this was in part from the EMS Team who really looked after the bikes they are selling, all are in fantastic condition and certainly look great in their showroom.
The purchase was simple, all the bikes are HPI Cleared and was given all the paperwork and receipts anyone could possibly need.
Delivery was a simple arrangement of calculating out the miles and the bike was delivered the weekend after.
Upon delivery, was given the receipt and not only advised of the 3 month warranty for the bike, but was also recommended to use a locally known bike company that they trusted to do any work if it was needed so wouldn't have to bring it back from Sheffield to Derby for repairs.
Overall, excellent products in great condition, with great customer service and after sales.
For a small independent shop that is critical these days and I will certainly be knocking on their door should I want to trade up the VFR, however I cant see that happening for at least 20,000 miles just yet!!
