Elderly chap on counter very friendly. This store also has coffee machine and photo copier which was very handy on a weekend. Sometimes youth parked up in cars but I presume this is the norm local to this area.
How about expanding the station and maybe have a food counter where people can come in and sit down? Just a suggestion

Use the petrol station regularly on way to work.Polite & friendly staff. Car sales/Car park ?. Got asked to take helmet off once because he didn't recognise my coat."Nxt time use pump in front of window that'll be fine. ????????????

Appalling service from here. Tried to pull up at pump 1 & 2 couldn’t get to them due to parked cars.... when I did manage to drive around the whole forecourt and reverse in I got out and attempted to fill up only to be barked at over the speaker “NO DIESEL IN PUMP 1” ok these things happen so I drove around to pump 7 and attempted again to refuel yet another speaker announcement “NO DIESEL IN PUMP 7, TRY NUMBER 8” at this point I thought I should really go somewhere else this is ridiculous but I persevered and tried pump 8 and this point he came over the speaker and said “NO ITS NOT WORKING COME BACK TO PUMP 7” are they taking piss? I wanted to put some diesel in my car before work not play musical petrol pumps. I will never use this station again. I don’t care how many different types of crisps and pop they sell.

Staff not very helpful. Four cars with youths parked in the forecourt and two elderly gentlemen stood in shop doorway of the petrol station smoking cigarettes. Didn't feel comfortable from the second I got out of my car

Be aware: unlike every other garage in England the air here is £1. Apart from being a complete rip off, if you unwittingly happen to pop in 50p there is no facility to get it back. Staff offered me a shrug and refused to refund me. Shocking
