Today was my first visit ever and what an absolute treat it was. From the moment I walked in I was treated with smiles and understanding (I asked to change certain things on the original treatment). The staff are friendly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The treatment was insanely good and will definitely be back (I have already booked another for my partner). Thank you

I had an eyebrow wax by Nicole. This was one of the best eyebrow waxes i’ve ever had, she took the time to make them look amazing and also was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely book a treatment here again.

During Covid times see the clients in timings to make it less busy.

I had a hot stone massage, a gift from my family. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like a VIP - attentive staff at every point! The massage was amazing, I was asked for my preferences and reassured I could adjust these at any point. I felt relaxed and well cared for the whole time and spent nearly an hour in the relaxation room after my massage had finished with a lovely fruit platter and cheeky brownie ????, fruit water, peppermint tea and magazines. I have been visiting the Relaxation Rooms for 4 years now and the facilities still look as fresh the first time I visited, the staff provide a 5 star service whether front of house or therapist. I have recommended the Relaxation Rooms in the past and 100% will again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Lovely place and brilliant staff. My massage with Jodie was nice and relaxing and got into my areas of tension. She even recommended some things to help ease it. The relaxation room was calming and a the herbal tea and fruit a nice bonus. My waxing with Hannah was excellent, shes very professional and friendly and makes waxing enjoyable.

Quite expensive for what you get. Have had waxing and manicures done in the past with mixed results - some of the therapists are brilliant and some are not. Unfortunately not all the therapists introduce themselves so difficult to recommend specific therapists. Waxing seemed rushed on several occasions - not sure if they have targets to wax [x] amount of people a day, but results were patchy and experience was not as comfortable as other places I have been. Fed up with paying for extortionate parking and services so will be going elsewhere from now on.

Had a Back, Shoulder & Neck massage with Jodie and it was one of the best I've ever had.
The service was great from all the team.
The salon is really well presented and thought out.
The customer experience is fantastic. Highly Recommended!!

It was amazing! I have been to many other places including some of the more well-known venues and they are not half as good as here! if you don’t go you will be missing out. after the treatment I was shown to a relaxation room and given a small dish of fruit and was able to make myself a tea, I felt so special. My therapist who I will not name because everyone will want her ... ( Nicole is the best !) , was polite, welcoming and friendly. She really cared about your experiences and made sure she asked questions about what you wanted. I couldn’t rate my experience highly enough.
I’d also like to add that sometimes when you go to a spa they push their products or the venue is decorated in such a way that they can make me feel intimidated or as if I’m in a shop rather than a spa. This is not one of those venues and really is relaxing.
It’s great value for money and really worth a visit, If I could go every week and ask for the same person I would.

Received such a warm welcome from all the staff at the relaxation rooms. Loved my back massage! Just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension, felt so relaxed after. Had a manicure too - perfect finish. Feel bad that I can’t remember my therapist name, but thank you!

I had the "age rebel facial" on Saturday and really, I can only say "wow"!
My therapist was a beautiful young lady called Natalie who did an amazing job.
I can honestly say that this was the best facial I have had.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and approachable. The spa was very clean which allowed me and my partner to feel very comfortable when we were waiting for treatments. Both my partner and I agreed that the massage was really amazing (we had a back and shoulders aromatherapy massage) the oils smelled lovely and made us both feel relaxed. Definitely will visit again soon and definitely would recommend.

Had an eyebrow shape. Beautician removed skin on both sides and did not properly shape my eye brow. Left with stray hair and bleeding skin. Was refused a refund by the manager. Never going back.
