Lightning speed delivery, but incompatible charger-heads. Called (left a voice message), emailed, messaged via the website, still zero response after 10 days. Am £60 lighter with no means of returning or swapping the charger. Use Charging Angels at your own risk: forget getting any issues resolved if they arise.

Genius idea and service! Charger in 25 minutes!! I was not expecting to work from home as I woke up sick and didn’t bring my charger home with me. I called around all the local and well know electronic shops and none of them had a compatible charger (Lenovo E480) for me to pick up, only online ordering for next day. When googling places Charging Angels appeared and I’m so thankful I clicked on the site! Able to get my work done and not have to take all my meetings from my phone! Tom was also brilliant , as I am not in central London (I live in Greenwich) I called to see if I could still get the charger in 90 minutes. He called the delivery company and confirmed 90 minutes was no issue and to give him a call back if it didn’t arrive by then. Well, I got it in 25 minutes, crazy! When the courier rang my buzzer I was amazed. All around great service and I will be letting my whole office know about it!

Amazing - it all looked and sounded too good to be true, but they were faultless, and one of the founders even rang me to say they thought they might arrive a bit after 90 minutes (they did not). Charger works great, and could not be more impressed with this company!

I ordered a universal charger, it was my first day working from home and Charging Angels saved me the trip back to my office. While I was looking at the website Richard helped me identify the right charger for my laptop via the Chat without me having to look for help.The charger arrived within the 90 minutes and it worked perfectly. When I called the Charging Angels office I was able to speak to somebody immediately who updated me about the delivery and the update was very accurate. Charging Angels is a fantastic service that I only found by chance by doing an internet search about chargers and it saved my day.

Absolutely unbelievable and life saving service!!! I was traveling through London for a few weeks from the us and left my charging cable in an office on the third day. It was stolen and left me in a predicament. I went to the hotel staff for help... no luck and no suggestions. I started to look for options online and came across charging angels. I also ordered a cable from amazon. The amazon cable never arrived. Charging angels came through in under 90 minutes!!! communication between the team at charging angels, fantastic. Can’t thank you enough!

Amazing!
