My Mum has lived here for over 3 years. Its an amazing home with the most amazing hard working staff. The home is is always well decorated with a theme as they are always celebrating national days and events. I would highly recommend the home.

I would like to say that Hall Park is a lovely well priced care home. All the staff go that extra mile to make sure my mother in law is well fed and cared for. Her room is spacious and clean and she enjoys life with her new friends there.

I visited this home a number of times to visit my friend and i love it. Easy to find, ample parking and more importantly the level of care and standard of food is great. High recommended.

I have put on a review about Hallpark Barchester in October this year however, I feel that I need to update it as I am so pleased with Hallpark and to thank all staff which includes the care staff, kitchen staff and the laundry receptionist without them what would do.
Excellent communication always there to help and nothing too much trouble.
The home is like a five star hotel.
My Mother had been at Hallpark for seven years now and most of the time ive been happy however, since Barchester have taken over this year and a change of management I have been overwhelmed by the changers.
Well done General manager Lee Flint, team leaders Jayne and Lisa well done ???????? ????????????????????????

So much improvement at Hall Park in recent months since it go took over by Barchester Healthcare. Looking forward to the big refurb planned too. Although it’s still a lovely home, at affordable prices.

Barchester homes have the best standards of care. I visited Hall Park when were looking for a care home for Grandma, we loved the home and the competitive price, but decided to move Grandma to Lancaster Grange as it was nearer the family home.

My grandma thoroughly enjoyed her stay at Hall park. Lots of activities to keep her busy and the staff all understood individual situations. After loosing her husband very suddenly and having a career within the care industry, a care home was a new concept and a big change for grandma. Very grateful to all staff for everything they have done.

Grandad been here since October. Not mobile and shouts with his dementia (not the only one). Got took into hospital and we lost him at one point. Ok now ready 2 b discharged and they refused to have him back due to his shouting. Added more stress onto the family as now he has no home and his belongings are in my car.talk about making a old sick man homeless.... some staff were brilliant and lovely such as lisa and wendy so I thank them from the bottom of my heart.....have no words for this place as a so called CARE home...oh and to add to this my mum has left numerous messages for the manager PAT to give her a call back regarding this as his health is no worse now than it was before he went into hospital. Just an excuse 4 them 2 get him out
Update....as they would not allow my grandad bk in to the home he had to stay in hospital and caught pneumonia and passed away so well done hall park...

In addition to the previous comment..My father was treated with disrespect.. in a matter of 2 hours after being told that the care home would not let him return due to his shouting. The home wanted his room clearing we both went up to the home to find all his possessions bagged up and put on his bed..no even giving us the chance to sort his possessions. Really is this what you call CARE ..

Need more activities I am not impressed my dad is in this nursing home he is very bored the people that have given good reviews for activities was from when the home first opened I've noticed
