This place is amazing the staff are lovely and my nan loves it .shes 100 and they gave her an amazing birthday xoxox .

This care home is amazing and my nan turned 100 in 2019 and the home did a wonderful party for her. The manager is lovely the staff are lovely. And my nan likes it there too. A message for all the staff and manager.. Thank you for the excellent work and care you do. Your all amazing xoxox

The staff r incredible and amazing I love the home so friendly the manager amazing I know my dad his happy there just miss him so much. But i would like to give a massive thankyou for all you do love you all lots

How this place has 5 stars is unbelievable. It was put into special measure earlier this year. I made a formal complaint whilst mother was a resident. It is appalling in every aspect. Care, staff and overall delivery. There was constant neglect whilst mother stayed here. Which was dolled with a latitude and disgruntled manner not often encounted outside of a teenage 6th form. No accountability, responsibility or respect was ever demonstrated. I wouldn't let them have the care of used plastic bag. It should have been closed. Only because its residents are old and frail and unable to speak out at truly horrendous this home is, is it able to still continue to dole out such absimmal costly care.
