Mulberry Court Care Home

I do not understand the negative review about Mulberry Court, I can not praise them highly enough. My mother was in a sub-standard nursing home prior to moving to Mulberry Court. The difference between the two is like light & day - she put on weight within two weeks of moving to Mulberry Court & has become much more engaged with people. All the staff are excellent & there is a real caring attitude - nothing is too much trouble. Activities are well organised, very varied & attempts are made to engage all residents. I can not praise the place enough.

This place all I can say is omg don't put your love ones in here they are useless and ran by the same person who was closed down a few years back. The management is mother and daughter. I would say they have no more then 20 staff and that includes cleaners I have many pics and videos of my grandad in a state.

The majority of the staff here were lovely, i spent 4 days here and found the staff and care to be of good quality, all of this aside there is one member of staff who was incredibly unprofessional and rude to the residents.
