excellent staff ~ feel my dad is being extremely well cared for ~ would recommend

I was naturally very concerned and worried about my Mum who has early stage dementia going into a care home but the manager Helen totally reassured me easing all my concerns by talking me through everything involved, and kept telling me not to worry!! It really is a lovely care home, clean, bright and airy, the staff are very helpful and friendly to both residents and visitors. They really do create a wonderful atmosphere and quite clearly care for their residents, Mum always tells me how good the food is, she says you always get a choice of 2 meals but if you don't fancy either the cook will prepare you something else. Mum has been there 4 weeks now and is contented and happy, she settled in pretty quickly which is a huge relief to me. I really can't rate Woodheyes highly enough.
