Lovely staff and residents all seem ok and looked after. One incidebt though, when I observed a member of staff after asking her to take a resident to the toilet as I was not a qualified carer..... 2 hours later, the resident still had not been taken to the toilet but the staff in question was outside having a cigarette break!
