I am coming up to my 1 year anniversary of working at Beaumont Hall, I am in awe of the staff group who work so hard to provide excellent care for the people who have chosen to live at Beaumont Hall. I have worked in care for over 25 years and I have never seen such a team of people who are a family, they not only support the people who live at Beaumont Hall but each other creating a genuine warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The Company is very supportive of everyone and truly live up to their name.... Ideal Care

I worked at Beaumont hall for a month now as a senior and I honestly cant believe how well run this care home is.. the care staff really do genuinely care and love the residents like their own family, they're the hardest working people I've ever met, or worked with, the management team are an absolute delight to be around and always make you feel supported they are funny, welcoming and always are there when you need a hand, and the residents are absolutely fantastic, they're funny, loving and so lovely to look after and be around, all of this makes work so worth it seeing a smile on the residents faces and knowing they're happy definitely makes the care staff happy too.

I’ve been visiting Beaumont Hall for about 2 years as a DoLS representative and I’m now one of the company trainers. Over this time, I’ve seen this home go from strength to strength! Kerri is a fantastic home manager and she has a fab team who I know always do their best to ensure quality care with compassion. I always enjoying training their staff and find it very rewarding. The team at Beaumont Hall provide a great atmosphere for their residents and ensure their days are spent in a loving, caring and productive way! Top stuff!

First impression upon visiting ideal care home and to be honest the receptionist was a bit of a put off. No basic greet when arriving or leaving, even though I was friendly from my side. The lady looked rather bored and miserable in her job. No smile either, probably needs to be trained better. I will look elsewhere.

I'm the hairdresser at the home, as an outsider coming in to the home, on.my previous experiences of residential homes this is a lovely environment the staff are exceptional the management will go above and beyond to help in any way possible to meet your needs.
It's a lovely place to visit and be a part of the team.

I’ve been to Beaumont hall a few times and always been welcomed by the staff and management. The staff have always supported me when I visit the home. It’s a fantastic environment to be in and the residents always look happy. Nothing is to much for the staff team. I would always look to beaumont hall for any of my love ones.

It is a pleasure to come in & work with Kerri & her wonderful team at Beaumont Hall care home. There is always something going on, from activities to trips out. The residents look happy & well cared for & their families are always commenting on how great things are.

My Gran was in here for respite care due to dementia, couldnt fault the staff or the management, Caring and attentive towards her needs. Understood what we were expecting and the care that she needed.

Took my daughter to the teddies bears picnic on Sunday, she absolutely loved it, the staff were so friendly and made her feel so welcome. The home was very clean and tidy and was a pleasure to spend time watching the residents enjoy the afternoon.

After visiting this home lots of times over the last 3 years i have seen the the quality of care dramatically fall .. often no staff around to tend residents, constantly changeing of staff,
No comunication between familys and care staff. The rate review is almost all by the manager and staff!!!!!. On visiting on christmas day there was no atmosphere! Residents stuck in front of tv watching wallace and gromit ! Staff standing talking and on there mobile phones almost the whole time we were there. A nice lady came in to sing carols. BEWARE its money over care. After seeing how other care homes look after there residents this is very poorly managed. Dont just visit once , visit a few times before you let your loved ones stay here.. personally i would never let any of my loved ones stay here , ever!!!!
