Ordered parts and the parts arrived was not to spec even the air filter which was in ktm box looks like what taking out but didn’t fit and was seal was falling off before even installed anyway didn’t fit so had to reorder from fowlers I was also sent wrong bots that what states on parts finder kind on phone but stopped answering calls so cannot return stay well clear of these guys

Worst ktm dealer in the UK! Had my 12 plate smcr remapped here a while ago, several months later it started acting up to the point it backfired blew the throttle body off smashing the tps sensor and causing a few other issues, after redline had it in they assured me it was because it had a aftermarket exhaust fitted and it was not mapped to suit, I asked several times if it definitely was not mapped and was told by Richard quote "i have a perfect memory and I know you didn't have it remapped" so I said well I suggest you look at your records on such and such date because I have a invoice here from you for a remap, lots of stutters and excuses later they then changed their mind and said it was actually mapped. Either way they ended up footing nearly a £1500 bill.
Next episode, I purchased a 2014 690 enduro from elsewhere but i went to redline for a set of genuine ktm smcr wheels and a full akrapovic exhaust. With it being winter I did not even open the wheels after they were delivered till a few months later which to my surprise were not ktm wheels but smpro along with being very poorly built, the spokes were too long cut off poorly so they would have just burst a inner tube instantly, I spoke with them on the phone and the response was "well it was months ago now so what do you expect us to do" I said they were still brand new in bubble wrap with the build tag on, the best they offered was to take them back and they will grind them down... a nearly £2000 set of wheels!
The exhaust at the time only came with middle pipe and silencer, I asked where the manifold was and was told that it did not include the manifold, I recently started looking for a manifold to purchase but have come to learn that the full exhaust should have been just that... a full exhaust with manifold included so I spoke to them about it and basically got the same response again "what do you want us to do about it, it was years ago" now I didn't expect any miracles and would actually purchase one if available but again no help whatsoever.
The customer service here is absolutely disgusting, maybe OK when purchasing things but any after sales service is well n truly abysmal and none existent!

took the 1290 for warrantee work on the rear wheel collected bike saying it had been replaced but when i got back home 70 miles run it was doing the same took it to another dealer all they had done was repack it with grease a ripe off waste of time i would never recommend these to do any work what so ever be warned keep clear

Utterly no understanding of detailing a motorcycle .My part exchange was described as scruffy ????.There Ktm that was delivered I spent over 2 days getting in something like. 3 hours on the exhaust alone that they couldn’t be bothered to even touch . Engine bars had scrapes all down one side , but it’s used bike said the delivery driver .. did mine ? No not at all.
Previous owner left luggage on, they removed it.
Not to worry, live and learn.

Just bought a Kawasaki z1000sx from here after an 8 year absence from riding. The guys were very friendly offering me a coffee and pulling the bike out for me to sit on. Delighted with the service received; I booked pick and choose type service-ie had done the oil and brakes/fluid but left the tricky stuff to them, plus MOT. An issue with the bike was sorted during the day so that it passed its MOT with bearings that were in stock, and ALL of the parts they replaced were available for inspection when I picked it up. Icing on the cake was that while the bike was being done I had a lovely test ride on a very cute 790 duke. GREAT SERVICE, REALLY NICE PEOPLE with a LOVELY WELCOMING AIR and some great bikes in stock-i was very tempted! CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH.

I have been using this dealer on and off since 2010 and I can honestly say they have improved leaps and bounds between then and now. I am primarily interested in road bikes and in recent times the staff here have especially taken on the challenge that our needs are slightly different to those of the off road lads. They always try to do the best deal they can, whether it be bike sales or parts/accessories. They are always welcoming with a coffee/tea when you walk in and they are also happy to talk bikes in general, plus put up with my incessant chat (I can go on a bit!)

Took bike in for another problem rc 390 got bike back out of fuel, dirty from there test ride, and oil all over the grips, told that there's nothing wrong with gearbox and it's fine, one ride back to home and jumped out of gear three times, phoned to complain and Richard told me to stop swearing when I wasn't just a excuse to put phone down and not to deal with problem, I would strongly recommend that you you go to another KTM dealer, or even better go to a Japanese dealer who value their bikers more than redline do

Very good and fast for mailing new parts but when I had mechanical work done engine bolts weren't tightened back up and a few other small niggles. Had to finish and go over bits myself afterwards. Mechanic must of been rushing!
