Absolute disappointment staff just want to sell their bikes and for price well where to start hugely over priced £80ph for any work to be done to your bike, i wouldn't expect that price in London, and tyres don't even go there you could buy two for the price they sell one for. Never going there again, do yourself a favour and give it a miss

They had a Kawasaki z750 for sale online, phoned in morning to see if it was still for sale, it was, I'll call over in afternoon to check it out...gets over there, can we hear it run, we find out battery is flat, defeating the object of calling in advance..after much nonsense, it turns out that even if you want a bike and you pay for it, they won't let you have it till they mot it, however every time I enquired how long this would take, the time got longer and longer...the more I asked, .....in the end we was up to a month later, so there you go ladies and gentleman, rubbish sales kid, needing husbandry from customers, top tip, if you sell bikes give the bike to customer while sun is shining, not in winter, if they call in advance, make sure battery is charged and maybe petrol in it , as for the owner who must be bleeding money, I think I know how you can make some financial savings, ARNOLDS motorcycles putting the word hard, into selling product....

Just went in to get my bike looked at as a few issues are arising. Guys are very helpful.
Advised me on how to fix the bike and said they could do it but it would be £70 charge and might be a simple fix. Which is great they don't just take the cash and do it anyway.
Always found them helpful and honest.

Had a small issue with a motorcycle I bought earlier in the year. I was looked after well, and the problem was quickly rectified. I was made a coffee while I waited, and chatted to the friendly staff. It was a real treat to sit on some of brand new bike in the shop too.

Staff are welcoming and the owner knows his stuff.

Great experience. I’m new to biking, but was made to feel very comfortable.
Matt is excellent. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and (sadly a rarity nowadays) extremely competent.
The bike I bought (YBR125) runs like a dream, and looks as good as new.
Would definitely recommend and will return when I graduate from my ‘baby’ bike!

Dealt with Luke for sales and Jon for parts as well as Ady on the phone and all have been brilliant. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating to my requests. Luke was especially helpful and always kept in touch. Picked up my xsr900 today and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I have relied on Arnolds now for about ten years, and can can honestly say that everyone I've dealt in that time have been nothing but professional and thorough every step of the way from sales to servicing. I was last served by Matt at the Loughborough store for my latest bike. He kindly made sure all of the specific checks and prep work I requested was all taken care of, and kept me informed throughout. A model of great customer service.

I bought my first ever bike, a YBR 125cc from Arnolds Loughborough. it was such a fast, easy process and all kit you'd need are all sold here. The guys that work there are helpful and friendly, I knew nothing much about bikes but was never judged just given spot on advice!. Definitely recommend these guys and will 100% be going back to get my next bike!

I took my bike for an MOT, and the staff were very friendly and professional. They performed the MOT, and then just for the sake of being helpful, they cleaned my rear wheel (which was covered in chain oil), and gave me a lot of good tips for keeping my bike running well. I would highly recommend this place, and will likely be going back again.

This is a really friendly business that I've enjoyed going to over the last year or so but MOT testing is not their forte. I booked for 10:30 and was told to come back at 11:30 (it doesn't take that long) and was made to wait a further 15 minutes for the test to be finished without any explanation or apology for the delay. The MOT tester's lack of judgement when faced with a minor issue led to an MOT failure for an issue which had been noted by other MOT testers since the bike was new in 2003! And don't challenge the tester if you want to have a pleasant day :) He wound me up enough that I told Arnolds that I would not be setting foot in their door again. I am happy paying full MOT cost elsewhere rather than going back to Arnolds.

My husband test drove the R6 and the sales man Matt was really helpful and friendly, really knew what he was on about and has a real passion for bikes but not in a pushy sales man sort of way! My husband was so impressed that we both went for a look and ended up buying my new bike from them. Again Matt was really helpful and managed to negotiate afew little extras and they are happy to fit some of our own ready for collection next week. Really good friendly bunch highly reccomend them.
