Went to test ride a Trident today. Thankfully, the salesman I dealt with last week had his day off today. Test rode the Trident 660. What a gorgeous bike. Beautiful handling; confidence inspiring. Want one!

Café is superb good value and very tasty cooked to order food (open to all members of the public not just bikers). Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have an exceptional range of bikes and clothes plus bike accessories.

Was very efficient and polite when I popped in last year, this year went on a test ride and was told I had to pay for fuel for a 30 min test ride. Ive test ridden loads of bikes and cars at other dealers before buying and this was a first for me. I also had to wait 30 mins to speak to salesman despite making an appointment in advance. Very nice showroom though.

Excellent experience here, painless and easy to buy a new bike from. So many bike (and car) salesman are patronising whilst still not knowing their trade or what customers want (not to be patronised and to for salesman to be friendly and genuinely helpful), Gawin and Pidcock got my business by being the exception, down to earth and honest, thankyou.

Such a pleasure to deal with these lads. Gawin made certain that every aspect of our purchase went to what can only be described as a kind of military precision.Even a small hitch a few weeks later was dealt with without quibble- now that's rare these days

We went to Pidcock Triumph to pick up a new Triumph Street triple for me and the missus. Fantastic service!! We were looked after very well by the salesman Gawin and the rest of the team. They really pulled out all the stops to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and gave us a good deal on our part exchange. Very impressed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much to everyone at Pidcock Triumph, Long Eaton. Top Team!

Loved this place, wicked cafe, enjoyed a lovely breakfast this morning. The staff were extremely helpful, room to negotiate. Excellent experience here and definitely thinking seriously about buying a bike here. Don't feel you would be ripped off and would get the best deal they could realistically give you. Great experience. Obviously some beautiful bikes here which goes without saying ????????

Popped in to ask about some brackets for by ageing t595. I'd had some difficulty finding them but the young, enthusiastic chap behind the counter(sorry, can't remember his name) spent ages going through Triumph parts sites, found them and even posted them to me. Brilliant service, thank you.

Some very very nice bikes ranging all the way from brand new to pre owned. You know from easy pricing guides with the bikes what it will cost you. No hidden surprises for you further down the line. Bought a bike here a year ago and just sent it back in for a service. Rachel in the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable with the booking and even offered free collection/delivery of the bike. The price was right and the service excellent. Will definitely recommend and use again. 10/10

Rang them about a part for a bike they had supplied and the parts department were incredibly helpful even though it was of no benefit to themselves directly … the sign of an excellent dealership in my opinion.

Had nothing but trouble with the bike I bought from here (2011 white speed triple 5000 MILES ) I had a very poor service from this lot (well the sales man). They fixed the first problem (new clutch fitted after 3 miles of me riding it ? they had to come pick the bike up as it would not change gear when under load. This should have never left the shop like this, If the bike had of been checked over like they said it had ? this would not have been missed Also clutch lever was to hard to pull in it showed that something was up.) Then the second problem (second ride out first being 3 miles) was bad brake juddering from front brakes when braking once worm, so discs or pads needed replacing (discs in my opinion as i had removed and checked the pads and caliper pistons also checked the head stock bearings) They did not want to replace the discs and pads even though it was under warranty. but could not give me another reason for the juddering ? and it was bad and unsafe to ride it like this., They never called back when they said they would I had to keep calling them.after a month of shouting at the salesman i got the manager to sort it out in the end and got A refunded. would never buy from this lot again the customer service once you have bought a bike is very poor, they wanted me to wait a month just to look at the brake problem on a bike i just bought from them and was not safe to ride with the bad juddering ?, hence the shouting at them. And to top it off the first time i washed the bike the drain hole was blocked in the top of the tank so when I opened the filler cap a load of water went in the tank, so I had to remove the tank and drain all the fuel out and then spend an hour un blocking the drain hole, this was not there fault as they would not have known this till it was washed but it was just one more thing that went wrong with the bike (first day i got the bike in fact). In 4 weeks of having the bike they had it back twice ,and had it 3 weeks out of the 4 I only rode it twice. Its a shame they are more interested in having a nice looking shop and hitting sale targets then good customer service. Been riding 36 years have bought well over 80 bikes in this time (buy 3 or 4 a year and have a few bikes at any one time) and never had a shop not want to bend over backwards to fix a problem on a bike that they have sold. Things go wrong and that's a fact of life but its how we fix the problem that counts. would not buy another Triumph sadly. And not from this lot that's for sure. And to top it off (now 3 months later) I have just got the log book in the post saying I own the bike ?? . The log book was never sent off by the shop as when the bike had the fault on the first day (SATURDAY)I told them not to as I might reject the bike, so they did not send it off. Bike was rejected and They came and picked the bike up and that was the end of my dealings with them and the bike. Now some Muppit has sent the log book off in my name (Guessing they have just sold it and sent it off in my name by mistake). I have to send it all back to DVLA with a letter to get my name taken off the log book as anyone could have been riding this bike over the last 3 months. They wanted me just to send them the log book and they would go on line and change me from being the owner to them. But that would mean that on record I have had the bike the last 3 months ? I don't think so. If you are buying a new bike from here it will feel like a cracking service as it will do from most bike shops, but if buying a used bike and you get a problem that's a different matter.

Bought a Tiger800 and an older Honda from Pidcock Triumph recently, couldn't have been happier. Lovely modern showroom, with some quality bikes in excellent condition ... no tat. Welcoming and helpful, they even fixed a minor issue free of charge on my wife's Tiger which she'd bought from a completely different dealer. Got the best p/ex price for my trade in, compared to other dealers, and didn't get all the usual hard sell salesman technique ... a simple and pleasant transaction with no B.S. Wish I'd found these guys earlier.

Great service at the parts counter. I figure how you get treated on the small stuff gives you a better insight into their customer care than a big purchase.

Had a replacement clutch on my tripple . They couldn't do anymore to help me. They lent me a tiger for the day while the work was done. When i went to pick my bike up i was greeted with a coffee which was appreciated as it was the start of the winter. The bike sounds and feels like new again. Thanks to the team at pidcocks. There customer support is brilliant.

Went looking for a second hand nearly new Bonneville with my mate (the prospective buyer). we looked at the bike on display and then were told that a test ride was only available if we "did a deal" there and then and if the full deposit was paid. Eh ! So you had to buy the bike before you got chance to hear the engine running or tried the bike for size. Now you might think that maybe we looked like a pair of dodgy dudes and so the salesman was being careful, but the reality is that I'm an experienced biker aged 58 years and own 5 bikes and my friend is a member of the clergy who had come straight from work and was even still wearing his dog-collar. PIDCOCKS If this is an example of your customer sales approach I bet you don't actually sell many bikes, NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!!
