In my opinion Victoria Hospital Lewis is the nicest hospital in Sussex the waiting time is top Class second to none every time I have had to go to Lewis Victoria Hospital which has been ofden over the years for X-Rays ect I haven't had to wait long to been seen and the nurses and staff are ever so polite to be perfectly honest it is the only hospital I've addtened that says that are sorry if they are running slightly late outstanding the hospital is so clean and I have been in most of the hospitals is Sussex from Brighton Eastbourne Hayward Health plus the princess Royal which is also a top class Hospital aswell. Parking is easy at the Lewis Victoria to being Disabled it is also free unlike Brighton! If I could give more stars I would so a definite full 5 out of 5 stars from me. Ps If by any chance your doctor asks you what hospital you would like to attend definitely ask for Lewis Victoria and if you have an injury which I hope you don't The Lewis Victoria is the best hospital! Thankyou to all the nurses and doctors & staff for taking care of me!!

Thankyou so much to the staff of Victoria hospital urgent treatment centre. You have seen members of my family twice on two weeks. Both times you could not have been more patient and understanding. Thankyou NHS. Thankyou Victoria hospital.

Just returned from minor injuries with a broken thumb. Can’t speak highly enough of the unhurried treatment and kindness of all the staff. In these difficult times they made a hospital visit efficient and pleasant.

I attended the minor injuries clinic yesterday. What a positive experience even though I was in some discomfort. Thank you all so much for being so kind, caring and efficient....especially the nurse who attended to me....think it was Deborah.

Absolutely amazing. I took my 17 months old daughter after a fall, which caused a cut in her mouth. Such a fantastic friendly prompt service. We all left feeling assured and well looked after. Thank you!

Attended the walk in clinic. Staff friendly and interested. Have very good advice and reassurance. Guided us clearly on where we should go next for help. Free parking on site although people blocking the use of the car park by just sitting in their cars waiting to pick people up. But that’s just the unhelpful public!! The walk in centre is clean and the staff are lovely. Highly recommended

Accompanied my 20 year old son here for a day op recently and felt that it warranted some positive feedback. Having spend most of the past 5 years in and out of hospitals in a different area, I was blown away at how this place operates. Easy and free parking, immaculately clean, friendly and efficient. The nursing staff and medical Team made my son (and myself) welcome, comfortable and at ease and explained everything in a friendly and thorough manner. A great example of our wonderful NHS. Thank you all.

I was an idiot and cut my finger open deep enough to warrant it being a minor injury. The staff at Lewes Victoria Hospital were brilliant: they saw me swiftly, checked all was OK as I was steri stripped, and sent me on my way. As far as trips to a hospital go I couldn't fault it.

After 3 hours at a and e brighton with a major tooth ache swollen neck, hard to breath and in agony i left with a few tablets that to be fair didn't do anything to help, my ibuprofen gave me more relief. It was suggested to go to Victoria hospital lewes, I can't thank the staff at lewes enough I phoned at 6:30pm and was back home by 8pm able to breeth and able to move my mouth for the first time since 1am ,they looked explained and sorted my problem, I was able to sleep that night and they realy were so helpful, I can't believe how amazing they where, I thank them so much. Just the thought of brightons a and e advise would have left me in agony till I could find register and get an appointment with a dentist at end of next week I'm sure I wouldnt have made a week in that much pain. Once again the unit was clean tidy the staff were realy caring and understanding efficient and are amazing David Cutbush

Arrived at 7.50 before they closed and was told they could not see us and we had to go to brighton. What is the point of having a 8pm close time if they are not open till 8? Now just back from brighton 3 hours later with some steri stiches with whole examination and treatment taking less than 5 mins.

There is nothing worse than teeth problems, so thank goodness for an emergency Dentist and this one in Lewes is very good if you can get an appointment. I couldn't believe it but the receptionist said that there were no longer any appointments left so try the one in Hailsham E/Sx [1:00PM ] . ???? Ps: What I did to help relieve the pain was Clove Oil using a tooth pick . With the tooth pick add a drop of Clove Oil , then dab it on the infected problem. I also bought a small tube of Orajal Dental Gel which is very good as well for numbing the the infected area. This had to suffice until I had my Dentist sort the problem out. ????

Following a disastrous series of experiences at the Eastbourne District General Hospital, my GP understandingly sent me to this little hospital instead. It was an altogether better experience. It's a pity that the NHS can't deliver all its services with small, easily-managed units like this one. The one let-down was the traditional NHS queuing system, whereby all the patients sit in line for an hour or more before the specialist is able see them. But, it needs to be said, specialists cost money whereas patients are free.
