I can't be grateful enough for all the care, patience and professional approach, that I received here. Unfortunately I had to have a neurosurgery, but I'm glad it's been done in this hospital. Please don't believe the nonsense rating, as it doesn't reflect the reality at all.
If you want really high standard care with highly rated doctors and medical staff, this is a place to be. From the nurses, to the catering, the cleaning staff, everyone deserves recognition. The facilities are like a 5*hotel.
I'd like to say a massive thank you for the service and for saving ny spine.
I can only recommend this hospital. Keep up the great work and standards.

what i really enjoyed about my experience with The Harley Street Hair Clinic, no hard sales very honest and they managed my expectations very well. the atmosphere at the clinic is very friendly, clean and professional a welcome relief from some of the other clinics that i contacted who were very pushy to book my treatment.

The clinical staff are good, but the administrative staff are useless.
The hospital owes me £3000 and despite being assured they would credit that amount back to me in two weeks, it has now been a month, and despite multiple phone calls to several people, nobody from the finance department has rung me back.
Disgraceful.

Recently had neurosurgery here. I can not praise the whole set up highly enough. From my neurosurgical team, anesthetists, doctors, nurses, catering staff, cleaners and reception staff (forgive me if I've omitted anyone).
From the moment I arrived to the day I left, I was treated with respect, dignity and had the most wonderful care. The food was of restaurant quality, and everyone was, most importantly, cheerful and happy. It's obvious to the patients that The Harley Street Clinic is a comfortable and cheerful place to work.
Thank you. Anyone reading this and contemplating where to go for treatment, I would not hesitate in suggesting they go to The Harley Street Clinic.

I honestly can't fault them booked a consultation for surgery at the last minute while visiting London for the day and was seen within 3 hours. Lady was lovely, got all the information I needed in order for me to decide what was best for me. I'm looking forward to meeting a surgeon now !

The clinicians, Doctors and Nurses are lovely. However there are challenges with joined up service, with different doctors saying different things, contradicting the doctor from the shift before and not necessarily knowing your medical history properly. You can get left for long periods without nurses checking on how you are. On busy days it can take 20-30 minutes for a nurse to respond to you pressing the bell. There are no facilities to get yourself cold or hot drinks and they are never offered to you so I have to send visitors out to the shops. Generally, catering is terrible, slow, poor food and sometimes you don't even get asked what you want for lunch and dinner.

The care I received at the HSC during treatment for one of the milder forms of breast cancer was absolutely excellent. My surgeon Professor Baildam has been outstanding, both in the brilliant surgical result achieved and in the superb level of care prior to and after surgery. He has been a profoundly reassuring presence thoughout my treatment and after-care, always willing to take time to explain things and to address any questions or concerns I had. The specialist nurses are reassuring, kind, caring, knowledgeable and highly competent. The surgical ward nurses were great - extremely kind, efficient, prompt to respond if I needed anything, and took the utmost care of me during my surgeries. Radiotherapy staff were all helpful and kind too. I felt i couldn't have had a better experience.

This clinic done a biggest miracle of medical a world. A well known Corrupt Political family get treated here and open heart surgery with 4 bypass operation let him up from the bed only after three days and he was able to eat, use stairs and even do long political meeting without troubles. I went to this clinic very excited and confident thus I wanted to spend as much as needed in order to treat my mild acne scars!
When I have arrived at the clinic I only had very few spots on my forehead and clear skin on the reast of the face and chest. The doctor prescribed me products such as antibiotics, ptd and glycolic peel.
The nurses are very inefficient!!! Apart from one girl which impressed me. I can't remember her name exactly, but she was new and looks Chinese and is around 35 years old. She was very friendly, efficient and she did an amazing job in terms of pad and glycolic peel.
Regarding the treatment overall.
The Ptd was good, glycolic okay and slightly helped my skin, the readness almost disappeared.
However, when I've stopped the antibiotics they have prescribed, my skin was all covered in spots, including my chest, I looked so read I wanted to cry. Never had that acne on my face before! Horrible!!!
Therefore, this suggests that the antibiotics quickly worked and cleared the acne not their treatment!!! As such, they stopped it just exactly a week before the antibiotic treatment ended so they can try to convince me to move on the next more expensive "lie" stage.
Easy to figure out! Therefore, that was my last treatment at the clinic! When I have talked to them about this they have ignored the problem (shocking) instead of helping me because I've paid so much money, they surprisingly only tried to convince me to buy another treatment.
So disappointing! They DON'T CARE about the costumer at all but the money!!
To conclude, I'm now clear thanks to my GP, who I thanks very much for putting the effort and 0 money spent!
DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT HARLEY STREET CLINIC. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU BUT MONEY!
