Drove without any booking. Boom job done. Nice. The only downside was that I asked to check my battery as second job and the guy said to me if I could get the cover of battery myself as if he does not know to do tha? Otherwise good job

Excellent pharmacy with plenty of parking allowing you to quickly get in and out.
However the real gem in place is the pharmacist with a fantastic memory and attitude who remembers your name and your prescription!!

Everyone is lovely and keen to help. Very customer centric. Other than Esme, she's got zero customer experience skills, is not solution orienated and in the 6 times I've popped in has made life nothing but difficult. If it wasn't for the rest of the staff I'd never get my prescriptions!
I really would suggest she finds a non customer facing role as that's not her skillset.
Because of her I've switched pharmacies so no longer with Boots.
