And once again repeat prescription not done, ring up to order week before attend week later to pick up to be told not been sent by doctors, speak to doctors who say prescription hadn’t been requested by Kamsoms. On going issue either not ordered or only part ordered.

Please check your prescriptions, as I've been dispensed BP tablets that are all cut from different batches with package opened hand written expiry date ( out of date) conflicts with box and packet and each foil, plus unable to take one strip as no idea correct tablets inside as no description printed on them.! Also on going to collect repeat and complain, find none in stock. Hence unable to take this morning until their delivery have arrived.
Please take note of your medication....all medications should be in date and certainly not opened and unmarked.
