Mary provided an awesome service from first email exchange to check on availability through a proactive phone call to advise on the content, cost etc to delivery at a specific time/date (arrived within 10 mins of promised delivery time).
I could not recommend Windmill Flowers more highly

I've ordered flowers in person from this florist before, but today was the first online order. Mary emailed promptly to confirm the order and to let me know that there would be some slight flower variation due to seasonality, which was absolutely fine. The same day flowers arrived within a few hours. They are beautiful with many interesting flowers, and the bouquet has been well received. Will definitely order again.

Unfortunately the shelf of these flowers at home is noticeably less that those I’ve bought from other florists. The last few bouquets have lasted between 2 days and a week as opposed to two weeks which is what you’d expect.

Really helpful and friendly, where I arranged everything over the phone and picked up the next day. Their flowers and arrangement were stunning. Everything about the experience was top notch.
EDIT: I should note that I ended up with an extremely unique bouquet, which I seriously doubt one of the various chains could produce. So happy to have an independent alternative.

Windmill provided the most beautiful flowers for our wedding. They were really easy to work with, taking our theme and making it even better (given their superior knowledge of flowers!). Everything was delivered on time and with no fuss. And really good value for money too!

Bought a hydrangea (plant) from Windmill Flowers and, after a week, half of the plant has wilted and died. The shop owner has rejected all responsibility, not wanted to replace it and informed us that it should have been put in the ground straight away. To add insult to injury we were also informed that a hydrangea, she had bought at the same time, had not died and is outside her shop in full bloom, in its original pot...oh, and not in the ground (as was her original blame) . "Why should I take the financial hit" was a response amongst many other farcical excuses for a substandard plant.
