The A and E is brand new, and never gets overcrowded but the waiting time is crazy, also if you made a 111 call by phone you will see a doctor before the someone who has been waiting there for more than 2 hours. There seems to be a lack in doctors, maybe 1 doctor for the A and E literally no more. I definitely would not recommend this hospital for A and E. Its not how it used to be if your going there to see a doctor urgently it will take you around 3 hours. So take your sleeping bag with you. Also if its something serious you will be transferred to a different hospital because its A and E sort off fake it doesnt do serious problems. Go to a proper main hospital instead of this one definitely.

I had such a terrible experience in this hospital! I had two nurses who were extremely rude to me after having surgery she came to argue with me because I told one of the doctors she didn’t give me my medication. I had to have an overnight stay and I wish I never did due to what I experienced. I have never experienced such terrible experience. Another nurse told me they are short of staff which is why she couldn’t help me I had my mouth bleeding due to having to shout for help I have tried calling there offices to leave a complaint and I can’t even get through. You should be appalled with treating patients like this!!

Went for biofeed back firstly went to Harrow as confusion on letter received then sat nav sent me down dead end so as came from Sussex was very stressful journey When arrived then running to try find way in as door dropped off at was shut cos covid Once finally there 30 minutes late my nurse was lovely calmed me down brushed aside my apologies and was extremely caring and thorough Only knocked of point cos of journey and not knowing area at all

Came to the severe injury clinic to get my ankle checked after I fell badly on it. Stephen in the A&E reception was very helpful and I was seen too within 5mins. All staff where brilliant and I was in and out within 1 hour. Given the current circumstances and being that efficient say a lot. Great service!

Clean. Triage was fast then waited 1.5hrs to be seen for treatment after that which was pretty quick considering it was a Saturday evening. The Car Park was expensive and you must have the correct change.

This hospital is unbelievable. Half an hour they send us around for the Covid-19 swab test and nobody seems to know where is it. The nurses, the receptionist, the doctors, nobody knows where is it. Is unbelievable for a hospital to do such things. I can not believe this is true. If I could give 0 stars I will. Horrible

My husband had seen a GP 5.30pm on a Thursday evening about not feeling well, by 9.30am the next day he had a call from the Urology department at Central Middlesex hospital for an appointment the following Wednesday.. The service he received was top quality, the staff were amazing and made you feel at ease and you can certainly see they love their job.. Best hospital I have been recently. Keep up the good work and stay safe...

CT department are brilliant- receptionist, nurses (Helen, Sonia, Jackie & priya) & Dr Rebecca all really supportive, informative and caring. I went in for a biopsy for the day way anxious and they all put me at ease and looked after me really well. Thank you

Central Middlesex Hospital is ok as Hospital goes, from the main entrance you have to take off your gloves and you have to wear your face mask and have your hand sanatiz and your temperature taken before being allowed in to the hospital.

Experienced a hit and run whilst out running, didn’t think much of it so went home in hindsight I realise I was in shock woke up in the night with my arm completely swollen and in excruciating pain. Called 111 was instructed to go to Central Middlesex Hospital for some strange reason when my closest hospital is St Mary’s in Paddington. Arrived and was seen quickly for X-ray and told got broken bones in hand and wrist given a fabric wrist brace and sent home. Told I had to visit another hospital for further treatment at Ealing Hospital.

The WORST costumer service on this planet. Literally the lady told me to wait on the line while she will put me through and she start laughing and closed the line. This after I’ve been transferred from the reception to her.( Cardiology Department). Is second time with the same department months apart, same rude attitude, same uneducated and unprofessional people. Keep moving me from a line to another when simply I just needed the Cardiology department. I wish the lady exactly what she deserve!

Today I call Central Middlesex Hospital to ask if they still have a birth section in there but the lady was shauting to me and being really rude, I couldn't took at all because the way she was shauting was.... Very disappointed, I m pregnant and I want to know but no way.... I Don t know how this people can work there

It took long time until they admit me for a deep wound ( chopped finger) but AT LAST NELIA MUZUVA took great care of me, i went there in a massive pain and light headed and i was crying every-time anyone tried to remove the dressing from my wound but NELIA was so amazing and she had a great bedside manner and actually made me feel safe and calm. Thank you NELIA MUZUVA for your great care.

I went to the hospital for the first time. One of the nurse’s there has the worst attitude such bad bed side manners, the receptionist did not even make eye contact with me while I was trying to speak to her, they were was so rude to the point i wanted to go home feeling so sick and just cry. horrible experience

Urology department. Waiting time over an hour and it is not accidental, happened twice. Seems overstaffed by people who actually aren't able to provide relevant information to patients. During my first visit the doc was asking me what seems to be the problem as there is no record / report on the system, such a waste of time. Being scanned for the second time but who cares its taxpayers money. No respect towards patients' time, no heads up about delays, no proper information, you just gotta wait, it's free so what do you expect and and pay for the parking! £2.5 per hour. Disappointing experience!

Waiting for one small surgery since morning 7.30. About 8 hours of waiting. After surgery, staff were so friendly and helpful. Makes me so much comfortable. Only waiting timing is awful without eat or drink anything more than 12 hours. Horrible! NHS becoming worst now.

Very shameful and aggressive attitude from Dr Samundri. Avoid at all costs please, she was not adequately trained in my opinion and was not able diagnose symptoms as she was confusing herself and us. She referred us to the busy A&E at Northwick Park and wasted ambulance time. She was called concealing her ID at all times and I had to ask the lovely nurses for her name. Great waste of our time and energy. I had to make a complain and I informed her about it.

after waiting one hour for my appointment i asked when i was due in......told there were 4 in front....this was at 10.30 in morning. how can doctor be 4 patient behind so early in morning?...incompetant!.... asked how long i would have to wait....answer totally unhelpful......i needed more accuracy due to car park charging!.....these appointments are a shamble......after 4 text notices advising me it costs £160 if i miss alpointment...well it costs me £500 to lose a day waiting for a scheduled alpointment!!! cancelled and went to die elsewhere!!!

I accidentally spilt my just boiled tea onto my darling daugetr's (16 months old) after some first aid application we went this hospital because it was the closest one. After registration we started to wait. Some patients called from Inside and I wanted to learn how urgent our case because her arm was in terrible situation. I asked to nurse waiting in the room. He said there is a long queue and we had to wait. So we had to wait for caughing man etc. I went to chelase and westminster hospital. We were Informed properly. This was urgent case and we would Get service immediatly. Anyway everything was OK. Now going dermatology every 2 days. While we were going to the other hospital central middlesex called me to ask where we are. I told them we informed that there is a long queue and we have to wait for them. If we inform properly that this is serious case and we get service before others we did not leave the hospital. Anyway, The queue was much longer and atmosphere was not good to feel confident and comfortable. If there is not hearth attack or stroke etc I am not planning to go to this hospital anymore. If someone can not inform you proparly you can not get proper health service from Them. I wish that nurse would have interested more or be more sympathetic against parent whom their baby suffering from a terrible burn. Good luck...

Absolutely brilliant staff. Needed to visit the urgent care last night (17/10/18). I was told that the waiting time to see the nurse was 20 minutes and 3hrs to see the doctor. Nurse ( i think Ms Prasad) called me within 5 minutes and then looking at my bad state she immediately sent me to the doctor. So i was attended within 10 minutes. Both doctor and nurse were like God sent. I wish I had taken the name of the doctor so that I could thank him here! The speed and compassion with which I was attended by the staff is commendable. The doctor was under extreme pressure but was still calm and smiling! Thanks a lot to you both!

Lovely infrastructure... nice cleanliness.. good staff but long waiting hours... my 10am appointment was helped at 11.30 am... so be prepared to wait... take a book or a game to spend time... also the cafeteria has a very few options to eat. Otherwise good service by staff.
