Absolute disgrace. People there rude and obnoxious... also they discriminate against people on certain medication. Stay well away. Pick another pharmacy if i was u and do NOT go to this horrible place. !!!!

Counter staff were great but the lady pharmacist was awful. She wasn't in the slightest bit interested in helping me, she gave me incorrect information. Stated that she would have to close the shop and that she would not talk to my partner from 2 meters. I drove to the whitehawk Lloyds who were very helpful and much more sensitive and helped me a great deal.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever come across. Almost every time I have collected a prescription recently it has been incomplete. Staff training? I don't think so. Definitely avoid this place if possible.

First impressions are that it has been modernised recently, as can be clearly seen by the clean sections and style of the pharmacy. It makes a nice atmosphere to walk into.
It is busy at times, like most pharmacies but there is a few seats to wait around in. Typically not long, and estimates given are usually fair and accurate.
The staff are knowledge about their products, and are able to answer a lot of questions you have. I witnessed one customer ask for a product that'd a Boots had mentioned was completely unavailable. They'd made the effort to call a supplier and sourced it for the next day. It is indicative of someone who cares.

This place has had so many complaints, don't go there if you need your prescription urgently, you'll need time to let them rectify their error. Out of 4 I have been there I have had 1 correct prescription!
Seriously, if you're in pain and need your medication, DO NOT go there.

A complete fiasco and the shop assistant bad mouthed me when I was talking to the manager pharmacist. I took in a prescription after 20 minutes I asked if it would be much longer. There was a conflab as the 4 staff worked out they had given my prescription to someone's else. They did not tell me and kept saying it's being sorted. The assistant keep saying I should be patient even though 10 people had been served before me. I asked to speak to the head pharmacist who apologised saying they did not enough pills for me, I asked for my script back and all the time the assistant was talking over the manager saying we're only human. 30 minutes and bad service. If you have a choice go elsewhere or check your medicines very carefully.
