Appalling Service - I wish I was able to leave zero stars because they honestly do not deserve a single star. I attended today for my flu vaccination - previously booked online some 2 weeks prior and subsequently confirmed by Well Pharmacy via email. When I arrived I was told that They had no record of my booking - then I was told they had no vaccine for me and then I was told that I had been contacted to cancel my appointment. I advised that I had heard nothing from them either by email or on my mobile - both sets of information that they held from my online booking request. Imagine my surprise when some 5 minutes after I left the pharmacy and 3 minutes before my allocated appointment time I received an email from them cancelling my appointment !! Clearly they had not contacted me prior to this and I was lied to my face - I will never trust this pharmacy again - my advice to anyone considering using this inept pharmacy purely because it is attached to the Anchor Healthcare surgery and appears convenient is DO NOT BOTHER wasting your time - head for KAMSONS on the South Coast Road and save yourself time & energy. Very Stressful experience with an uncaring and inept pharmacy

I understand being a pharmacist and serving the public must be incredibly hard at this time. However, I have just been served (or not as I was told to come back after I waited outside for just under an hour) in the most rude fasion. As I said, I understand it is stressful, however, if you expect your customers to comply with the rules and be nice to you, maybe it should work both ways?! People are not coming to a pharmacy without a good enough reason and especially now deserve better manners, I think.

Absolutely useless. Was told the wait would be 10 mins, 30 mins later and still no prescription. And dont think it's better to leave the prescription there and pick up later or another day because they just dont bother doing them until you go back in to pick up so you still have to wait. They have had mine for over a week before and still not ready when I've gone in. And there only response is, Your welcome to go elsewhere. What great customer service that is.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I have been told 10 minutes waiting time when I handed the prescription. I am Waiting here around 30 minutes or more to get an antibiotic prepared for my baby. Not really appreciate for this long waiting time. I have community pharmacy background and I never allow such an irresponsible attitude.

Wonderful staff. Always helpful and friendly. Well stocked and if they haven't got what you need it's usually there the next day. A very busy pharmacy being right next to the biggest doctors surgery in town but they are well staffed and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend them.

Below Average at best, hopeless at worst. Unable to process simple requests, sat for 30 minutes waiting for a prescription that was supposed to be ready but they "Hadn't got round to." Receptionist then tried to blame me for the delay, quite why or how she couldn't work out but it definitely wasn't HER fault. The regular/known customers seem to get priority over anyone else no matter what times they quote. This from my experience, sitting waiting & witnessing 30 minutes of chaos. There's a sign on the door informing us that they don't do meal deals as they want to concentrate on being a chemist. Given what I've seen about their abilities, that's mass food poisoning averted..... If you have any options to elsewhere, take them.

A very busy pharmacy, and should be much, much larger considering the amount of people who use it nòw. Most of the staff are very helpful and happy to help. However, there are one or two who are unapproachable and surly, and would do well to demonstrate a more empathetic approach. Pharmacists are professional and knowledgeable. Waiting times for prescriptions are, at times, awful. On the whole though, they all do well considering the pressure they're under.

Came here to get my medication and they said it will take 10 minutes but they took 30 minutes and every one that came here after me got served quicker and the receptionist was being funny with me also she said move away from receptionist area for people’s confidential information but there was clearly other people near the reception area so they were being racist to me coz I done nothing wrong so if you’re a a different colour then don’t go here

This chemist is a disorganized disaster! Long queues, lack of organization with prescriptions ( I had an urgent one put in by the doctor on Thursday and it wasn't processed when I came in on the following Tuesday!), absolutely no customer care skills not even a smile or eye contact when you come in - God forbid you interrupt their day to day chit chat about whatever! I have always worked in the service industry and Britain has always had a bad name for service - well try your chemist and it will be confirmed! Its like a social centre for the staff and the customers appear to cause an inconvenience for them Just appaling.

I have been back three times to get important medication A controlled drug given all sticky from previously labels and one month left till expiry - not told The other was an order for next day - a week later still waited 20 min as labels were not on - still incomplete No communication
