Rude! I work in the health service and we are all over worked and stressed but we try and maintain some semblance of kindness. Half of the staff here seem to have forgotten they are serving ill people. The two stars are for having medication.

This Chemist has to be the worse run Chemist ever. They are so slow in everything they do. They only allow 2 people in the store at one go. This means that the rest have to queue outside. Sometimes in the rain and wind whilst they take their sweet time dawdling about. They never have the whole prescription you require and you need to pick up the next day if you are lucky. Its a shame we have to use them.

Made a special journey to pick up my prescription waited until 2.30pm to avoid pharmacy being on lunch walked in as usual a big queue no one bothering to serve lady in front was complaining she should have been at work girl came out and said to a gentleman I can't give you your prescription because pharmacist is at lunch it will be 30 minutes I was really annoyed been out all morning in the cold wind only to find out I can't get my prescription I know she has got to have lunch but why that time so I suppose I shall go in there tomorrow and wait in a line queue because the staff don't care they are slow

Tell you its 5 mins and leave you waiting for 30 mins. Lose repeat prescriptions then say they will ring but dont. Officially the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Oh dont forget regularly run out of items as well. And I've lived here for three years. There ability to maintain such a poor service has been long lived. I recommend finding another pharmacy but if you cant travel it seems you're stuck with a pharmacy that gets progressively worse upon every visit, with no will to improve and clearly a management structure in place that doesnt care. Update have not been for 6 months. My wife went today and can confirm this so called pharmacy is still as terrible if not worse.

Have honestly never been to a place where they go so slow. I only went in to get plasters and the guy behind the counter took ages. To be fair he asked how my day was going when finally starting to serve me but when I said I’m in a-bit of a rush actually he told me not to be rude and then purposefully started going even slower. No I don’t recommend it for the slowness of the staff and their rudeness.

Currently waiting to pick up a prescription. Was told there was a 20 minute wait which was fare enough. Found out half hour later the pharmacist was interviewing. 40 minutes later still waiting for prescription !!!
