interestingly 4 people marked this branch as 'polite'. perhaps they have not yet called kamsons whitehawk to ask for a replacement of their delivered 'broken inhaler'.
a clerk who had answered my first call disengaged when she ran out of solutions, three other calls were hung up before i spoke to anyone, The fourth call was handed over to the chemist who (in a hurry to get to the nearest 'happy hour' pub put his phone down on me too. So are their 4 polite likes deserved...NO

Well what can I say, absolutely brilliant! I always have a great experience at this pharmacy, the staff are very helpful, polite and beautiful. Will be coming back for sure!!

Refused to give me my medication, due to my trying to pay with a £50 note.
I went to another pharmacy straight after and they laughed and said morally that’s unacceptable, and happily checked my note with their eye and accepted it.
Young blonde hair girl was rude and making comments under her breath.
Female manager & male at front desk were polite.

Moved to area Sept 2019, joined Wellsbourne & chose Kamsons as best location for me. I suffer with mental health & anxiety and have big prescriptions. Initially a few issues - quickly sorted. Working / communicating well with surgery for me. I have been really impressed how safe and efficient all team have been since lockdown etc. Helpful, friendly and respectful... Thanks..

Not getting my repeat tablets on time, I always need to request for that , then only they request the surgery and it takes time to get it . I didn't get my hypertension tablets on time and I missed it for two days. They used to be very good and deliver tablets before due time. So much disappointed.
