Spot on, looked after all my bikes over the years with no problems whatsoever. Steve and his staff are always extremely helpful even at short notice if something needs doing ????????

I knew I would regret bringing my bike back here. I took my bike in on Friday 15th Feb to have front and back brakes replacement as mine were worse for wear. On the ride home I didn't feel anything wrong as it was a 5 minute ride up the road... until today. Sunday 18th Feb I was finally able to take it for a nice long ride, as I was riding I could hear constant tapping noise from the front end and I was looking around and I didn't see anything. It then stopped so I took it onto the A27 back into Brighton and then the tapping got worse, and then I pulled over again, and then spotted that the bolts on the callapars where almost falling out!! (See picture). This is an absolute joke, the mechanics obviously do not check their work, this is the second shoddy job - had to get them fitted urgently and my usual guys are revamping their shop. Remind me NEVER to go back to this dreadful mechanics. Not going to recommend TPG ever. *People who're looking for a mechanics in Southwick.....* Please use K C Motor Cycles, or if they're not avilable use On The Wheel both are in Southwick and SO much better than this place.

I've only used these guys once, but they were absolutely brilliant a couple of weeks ago. I will definitely be using them as my preferred bike mechanics for any MOTs or work that needs doing. Turned out that I'd been driving around with a blown headlight the other day (hadn't noticed before the clocks changed). Turned up at about 8:30am the next morning as soon as they opened, having not even booked an appointment. The guys were still drinking their first coffee of the day so had clearly just arrived. Even so, they had a spare bulb in stock and replaced the headlight there and then at a really good price. That's excellent service! My bike was purchased new from Sinnis around the corner so have been having all work done there as its 'been covered by warranty' and it's local. However, I've always come away paying well over the odds for parts and servicing so happy to not have to go back now..

Jan 2016 - Suspected a leaky fork seal on my Kawasaki ER6F but wasn't sure if both needed doing, and my handlebars needed realigning after the bike had been knocked over. Called these guys and they were able to fit me in the next day without a problem. Arrived around 8.30am and dropped off my bike at the workshop round the back. I then retired to a nearby cafe for a few hours. Mid afternoon they called me to say it was all done, only one of the fork seals required replacing, and the bars were straightened. Very reasonable charges, and nothing to complain about.

Used these guys for years, my bike is used to commute to work so being without it is a nightmare! TPG always sort it and fit me in as soon as possible meaning I'm never too long without my bike which is perfect! Always a great quality of workmanship be it a MOT or more complicated work and fair prices too! Will always use these guys for my work! Thanks to all at TPG!

Rang up 8:30am as my bike had got a puncture the previous evening and was recommended this garage by a neighbour. They picked the bike up 10:30am the same morning, took it away and fitted a new innertube, apparently it was missing one! Bike was fixed the same day and they re fitted the spare tyre to the side which had been over inflated. Good service as they picked it up, fixed the problem and only charged me for an hours work. Much better price than the local bike dealer, and much better service. Owner and staff are all friendly, even the dog! Will recommend and certainly return.

I popped into TPG with a problem as I was on my way through to Devon. They quickly and efficiently sorted me out and I was on my way again. They were pleasant and friendly, especially considering they were busy at the time and didn't know me from Adam. They didn't take advantage, charging me only a modest sum. I would happily go there again and trust them with my bike. They told me they run the shop because they're enthusiasts, not as a business. I believe them.

Got a nail in my tyre, called 3 weeks ago, spoke to Steve, agreed to arrive at 0830 today for a new tyre to be fitted. I have arranged care for my disabled son for this morning especially to let me get the bike fixed and I arrived at 0825. Steve arrived at 0845 and said "You ain't in my book for today". I said we'd spoken 3 weeks ago and booked it in. He said "We might have done but you ain't in my book." He said he might be able to get it done later in the day, sadly no good because of the care situation. Really rubbish service.

I broke down with a puncture on my scooter and, after phoning a number of places who told me they don't do recovery, I phoned TPG who came out without any fuss at all at exactly the time they said they would. They repaired the puncture within the day, explained everything they had done, and set me back on my way. Great service, highly recommended.

TPG saved my bacon today. After working a 12 hour night shift and looking forward to my bed imagine my horror at finding the rear tyre on my Kawasaki Vulcan had a punctured rear tyre! Breakdown collected me and after a few phonecalls around some garages I was told that TPG were the only people specialising in tyre repair for motorcycles in the area and after a phone call they said they would see me straight away! Unfortunately my tyre was not repairable due to the position of the screw but a replacement tyre was located, collected and fitted in no time at all - all at a really great price. The guys at TPG were really friendly and eager to get me home as quickly as possible, the mechanic even shunned eating his breakfast until he had finished the job. I really can't thank them enough and will be sure to reccomend and use them again.

They succeeded in fixing my bike, but were inefficient, slow and unapologetic. They said they would call me to arrange my pickup - they didn't, I had to call them; I also had to call them to find out how long the fix was going to take - they brushed me off with a dismissive kind of, "when the part comes in, we'll do it"; then when I called them again a week later, the bike had already been fixed for several days and they hadn't called me. When I got grumpy about this, they just said, "well, we didn't have your number" - no explanation for that, no apology, no five quid off the bill, no nothing. Just rude. I mean, I had called them already four times, so why could they not have written down my number? Wild horses will not induce me to use them again.

On arrival the man at the front of the que was querying his bill. He advised he can came in to have the bike fuel line checked. The TPG advisor advised they have changed the spark plugs and given the bike a full service costing him £180.00. He was not happy. And the original problem he brought the bike in for had not been fixed. I was 50/50 about TPG but had no choice as my bike was not a runner. I was advised that the bike would be half an hour work to fix + mot. When i picked the bike up I was charged an hour for a very basic job (I had no tools to fix at time) When riding the bike home I spoted that the top Yolk had a crack in it that had not been spotted. Not Happy

Been here a couple times on the off chance they could help me out, the guys in the garage arnt really the uniform type but both times I popped by with different bikes they stopped what they were doing and sorted out problems on both bikes quickly and cheaply, about to get another bike and I'll be taking straight there for a service and if anything needs doing it's going to be them doing it, don't let the looks of the place or the fags hanging out thier mouths put u off lol good job good guys!
