I've been here a couple of times, once for a techno club night and again for a brunch with live performances.
The club night entry was £20, a lot more than I like to pay but the atmosphere and music was brilliant! Great night!
The brunch I went to was in the apothecary section of the club where I was lucky to see a one person performance from Victoria Wilson James along with some great support acts.

Nice place with good music, just ~10 min walk from Kings cross tube station. Three different rooms with different environment, drinks are reasonably priced, bouncers are professional and really helpful(they helped us with the taxi in morning).
Overall great experience, will definitely visit again!

I was 07.12.19 in Egg. Music, djs - amazing, but at the same time I was shocked when I had to pay money to give clothes in wardrobe (3 pounds for 2 things), I didn't have cash then and stuff offered withdraw money near wardrobe. I paid 4$ to withdraw money with disadvantageous currency conversion. 1 pound = 2$ (real exchange rates 1pound = 1.31$). Please, take into account these things and take cash with you. For several hours, vomiting lay on the floor opposite the toilet in the corner and people walked on it. I would better spend money drinking vino in chill place rather than here.

Berlin Berlin at Easter was an amazing party. Door and bar staff were great and everything was well run. Worth a night out but make sure you know what’s on beforehand otherwise you’ll stick out like a sore thumb.
The pizza is also well made.

A nightclub where free range eggs are sold. They are excellent value for money and even offer double yolkers sometimes! Nan was ever so pleased with me when I returned from a night on the tiles with a box of speckled beauties. She baked me a fruit cake to celebrate and I lobbed it in my gob.

Massive place with a fun crowd. Full of chavs and jordieshore types but the energy was good and everyone is there to have fun. A bit overwhelming and it got hot inside really quickly. But overall fun, I probably wont go back anytime soon tho...

Had a pretty solid Friday night here. They had three different spaces all playing pretty similar sets. Oddly though they enforce their no photo policy by putting stickers over your phone cameras. There was also a pretty good and reasonably priced (especially for in a club) pizza shop in there.

Decent venue, good sound system across all 3 floors, security is very intimidating and do not come across friendly. I get it's a club n there needs to be policy however there are better ways to do this. Double JD n coke £9, minimum card payment £10... , lets force consumers to buy another drink to make money, nice way to do business (lovely). Would I go back? I rather not however if there was an artist I really wanted to see then would consider it.

At the moment the most prefferable club in London for me. 3 floors of music, diverse crowd (which is not always your crowd but always interesting to see), most of the bouncers are nice (just be nice in return) and staff is always responsive. Never had any troubles there.
Once lost my Cyberdog sweatshirt but was returned at "lost-and-found" in the cloakroom downstairs.

First of all, drinks were way overpriced for what the club is, the club was pretty much empty until 3am even though the two rooms are tiny.
The night we went was meant to be a techno/house music special! The music that we experienced was more like 90s cringe dance music with a little bit of a beat to it.
Travelled nearly 2 hours to get to this club which I’ve done for other places before, however, this one was not worth the journey or price paid.
However, one positive was that the aesthetics were alright.

I have been coming to Egg for 5 years, and recently has become very popular, their staff always make you feel welcome and safe and this is priceless in London. I have lost my credit card once and it was given right back to me before i even noticed i lost it! Priceless... the music and vibrant alternative mix of people and tastes makes this venue a one to go every weekend. European and amazing local DJ's always playing great tunes check them out! I cant get enough of this amazing place :)

From what I have experienced while trying to get into the club the security
don’t like all male parties down there which is not a bad thing, I’ve been to other clubs where you think your the only females in there and you feel like your being groped by octopuses all night, one word of warning which me and my friends fell victim too is don’t get latched on by men that have been turned away because they won’t let you in either. Women, you have been warned it happened to me and my friends not once but many times

Good music, but it was way too loud and the drinks were too expensive (1 beer was 6 pounds) and you've already paid entrance of 25 pounds. Security was good, even better than on the airport.

WHO GOES HERE?! Directionless housing-estate types living their DJ fantasy, infantile mediterranean adults who think dirt bikes and 'E' is cool, and later; a handful of (often very drunk) lost souls who made a bad decision. This place is the pits!! You'd HAVE to be on drugs to enjoy a night here.

It's not a club, it's the club. They have different rooms with music (house and techno). If you're looking for huge events, that's the place you should visit. The club is busy but bar stuff are reasonably quick. They search you before entering but since there is a lot of different people there, that's for the best.

Great club, lots of rooms and some great line ups. Amazing sound system. Always go for Familia and Berlin Berlin and have such a good time. Yes there's a security search and you need to take your ID but that's normal for most clubs in London these days.

Great place and PIZZA!
I've read so many reviews spreading fake news about them blocking your phone camera? That doesn't even make sense so just don't believe it. They don't do that, I spent about 5 mins taking videos & photos of my mates and nobody got told off.
Drinks were obviously expensive, but it's the same anywhere in London. Waiting time for drinks was pretty quick compared to how long I've waited in other places.
Staff were really friendly and empathic, a lot of people complaining on here seem to forget that the bouncers are humans just doing their jobs. So despite them telling me they have a policy of not letting anyone back inside if they leave the premises, the staff were so caring, helped me when I lost my friend and they even let me back in! Saved my night from turning into a disaster.

Great club! A little strangely laid out when you first get there, but once you've been through the maze a few times...you'll figure it out. Pretty standard (high) drinks prices £9 for a double.
Their entrance process is a little weird, it has 5 different stages all performed by different people, they cover the cameras on your phone with little stickers, scan your tickets, use a metal detector, scan your ID, then search you. They'll also take your gum off you - FYI.

If you want non-commercial music, a powerful sound system and a friendly crowd and good Pizza... Egg London is your destination. I don't understand some of the negative comments on here. The people posting them have clearly never even been to the club ?! So, why all the lies and misinformation? In my opinion, it's local residents hoping to get the place shut down. Let's get a few things straight... the club has very friendly staff. Security, bar staff etc. are always cheerful and highly professional. You do not have a sticker placed on your phone to stop you taking photos. The drinks are NOT expensive. This is London in 2019. The prices are reasonable. Water is available free at each bar, just pour yourself a glass. The club has air conditioning and fans. It doesn't get too hot in there. They accept payment cards at the bars. There is a cash machine, you are charged £1.99 per withdrawal . This is normal in nightclubs. The toilets are kept clean throughout the night which is no mean feat. Yes, the search is thoroughly done and they will often search you on your way out. This is normal for a London nightclub and is part of their licence conditions. If you don't like that then clubbing in London is not for you. If the music seems repetitive that's because House/Techno/Trance is repetitive. The actual music policy on these nights is first class. The Trance nights for example, have many different DJs with different sub-genres played throughout the night. This coming from someone who actually knows what he is talking about. Some of the comments on here are simply retarded; posted by idiots and liars. To finish, I'd like to address the comments about drug dealing inside the club... these are utter lies. The staff and security simply don't allow it. Again, it seems to me that a certain group of people have an agenda against this well run, professional and safe night club. I've always had a positive experience at Egg London and so has everyone else there on the night. As someone who has been to most top underground clubs over the last 25 years all over the UK, I can tell you that this one is a real blast and well worth a visit if you have the chance. If you want a 'Ritzy' night out with a snobbish crowd and cheesy music.... well Egg is not for you!

The queue is way too long because they take a picture of your face, keep record of your ID and go through a thorough search of your belongings and on your person (they even empty my pack of tissues, ridiculous). This paranoid ambiance completely breaks the mood when you just want to go clubbing with your friends. Also, is it even legal? This club sucks.

I have been to Egg more times than I can remember for different events, boxd egg, paradox tuesdays, fridays, thursdays all types. I never have problems with the staff and security. However they've recently changed some things after their construction, you can not go in if your jumper or jacket has a hood, which in this weather no seems unreasonable. They advertise events as the whole venue but now only open one new tiny room downstairs so £10 entry is too much! I asked the manager who lied to me and said theyve never opened more then one room or the whole venue at once which is not true as anyone whos been before now this isnt true. £11.50 or a double £3 cloakroom per item. It's not the same anymore therefore I will not be returning.

Went there on a Saturday night for my friends 21st birthday.. was absolutely shocking. Payed £25 to get in, the music couldn't be any worse, and only had about 50 people there spread over 3 floors. The place itself is really nice but the music let's it down big time.
