Fawlty Towers on drugs (literally).
They forget items on your prescription and regularly have shortages.
Chaotic organization. A few good, friendly staff, badly balanced against mostly inept staff.
Go across to ASDA or any other fine chemists in Long Eaton to discover a proper way to run things. The High Street Boots is far superior.
This branch only exists due to the closeness of the doctors and the 24 hour service.
Any good reviews must be from friends and relatives of staff, or the rare customer that goes in for a pack of overpriced Aspirin.

Very disappointing. 8 of us left in the queue and they close. We had queued for over 40 minutes, only moving 3 places. There was at least 2 disabled people including myself. 3 of us had been trying to phone all day and not got through.
If we had been in the premises you would have locked the door to stop more people coming in.can I suggest you have a portable closed sign so people don't waste their time, energy and risk of exposure for no reason. Its stressful enough for all of us without poor customer experience.

Miserable experience stood in a queue of face masks. Limited numbers let in still despite this. We will all be in space suits and helmets next and STILL retailers like this will be having one or two out and one or two in. Wife finally got her click and collect order after being questioned at the door as to why she was here. 1984 is here, 36 years late. You couldn't make it up.

Can't believe these people are allowed to serve human beings, waited 25 mins for prescription that was dropped off a week ago, that's 25 mins from the time I was first served at least 10 people behind me some with there prescription in hand all got served before me.
Their attitude matched the service and no communication, they ask your name then walk off.
Fortunately it's not my own pharmacy.
Wouldn't use boots after this experience, it's like it every time.

God awful service , always missing meds , unfriendly when on phone and that’s if they ever answer it . Will be getting my meds elsewhere from now on , called on a Sunday about missing meds doesn’t close until 4pm phone just ignored meds are to prevent me having another stroke and heart attack, but obviously not their concern. Will be reporting this to boots head office

I've been here many times over the years and it really is hit and miss. Sometimes staff are polite some not. However today I was served by someone who shouldn't be in working in a pharmacy. I was greeted as normal however when she established the service I went in for her attitude changed; rude, abrupt and patronising are the 3 words I can use to describe her attitude.
She wasn't wearing a name tag so can't name, she was of afro Caribbean origin and quite well presented.
Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because some of the staff aren't bad.

They never answer their phone!!! Told to call back and ask for Mandy - have tried 6 or 7 times and every call rings forever and eventually the call just times out. Do they put it on silent?

Absolutely disgusted, just tookmy prescription in and they refused to prescribe as I had an emergency Obe few weeks ago. I have no meds left so have had to go back to doctors wait for another appointment so can get another prescription or would have had to go to a and e!!! It's no wonder the NHS is in crisis..they are bang out of order!!! And all this being messed around on my birthday!!

Chaotic...Always mixing orders up loosing prescriptions...no one seems to know what they are doing. Complete and utter fail in most areas. Not going here again.

Slow service - most of the staff friendly though but seem confused by their own systems ‘losing’ electronic prescriptions. Stock kept low resulting in extra visits with ‘owing’ slips.
