They do not pick the phone up very poor, tried to get through at least sixteen times, I'm sure they are busy at times so it would be helpful if they had an answer phone to leave a message, I only wanted to check that my prescription was in so I didn't have a wasted journey

Handy for the doctors and good parking. We use this all the time in preference to other pharmacies. The service is good too

The staff ignore you when you go in. They loose your prescription. Wouldn't use it if it wasn't so near by. It was much better when it was on Tamworth road.

Very quick at getting special order prescriptions quickly but don't seem to have the knowledge which you would expect for usage of standard medication. I've never experienced it directly but I have heard some staff be quite abrupt to some customers which is disappointing.
